Complained about burning in my eyes and was told it was the vapor from the glue. Had an allergic reaction by the next morning and all lashes had to be removed. I paid $180. I've had lash extensions before from an aesthetician and I've never had a problem. This person told me that it was just because the bottle of glue was new. There were lashes all over the floor in her room as well. I do not recommend going here. read more

Do you suffer from Nolashatall? It's kind of the same thing as Noassatall (no ass at all) but it basically means you were not blessed with long, full eyelashes. Le sigh. My lashes are fine, short and sparse. I've spent hundreds, literally hundreds, of my dollars on mascara, serums, glue on lashes and coins in wishing wells to have full, long and luscious lashes. I finally caved and tried lash extensions. Here's what you need to know if you're thinking of doing the same. Pros: -They look natural. In the past I've tried doing the glue on lashes and honestly I'm not very good at it. The glue is a pain to work with and you better have them exactly where you want them or else you have to start over. Most of the time with glue ones I looked like a scared trashy panda. -No more spending time curling, applying mascara, curling again, more mascara, repeat, repeat, repeat. -Compliments galore. Everyone noticed something was different but most couldn't put a finger on what it was. I just know they said I look fabulous. Cons: -Expensive. The initial appointment will set you back a pretty penny and then you have to go back every few weeks for fills which cost more. I need a side hustle to pay for these babies. -Time consuming. It takes about 2 hours for the initial appointment and about an hour for fills. -Damaged lashes. I'd hoped this was a myth but it's not. Your natural lashes will suffer and be shorter than they were before (is that possible? Yes.) For now, I'm sticking with my extensions but I can't see it being a long term solution. Also, for what it's worth Amazing Lash does an excellent job of cleaning and sanitation before, during, after and between clients which is so important during this pandemic. read more

I love this place because of my lash tech bailee is amazing ! Pros: 1.i get to wake up with Amazing lashes without applying glue or eyeliner ( I'm lazy lol) 2. great eyelash retention I think I only see bailee once a month after a full set which I have a membership that cost only $59 for refills Cons:front desk can be a bit off when it comes to communication skills Everyone is so nice but not that good at explaining the prices and what they offer 1. I joined the membership on my first visit to save money which I thought was pretty cool to save money and get credits but there was a mix up with what I was told at the desk on to different occasions so I canceled my membership *i was contacted by management to try and fix the issue but I was already aggravated with them so I just cancelled. 2. I got my lashes done on my birthday and they were cute but not what I asked for so I called in on the next day to set an appointment and I told the girl over the phone I didn't make a big deal about the lashes on that day because it was my birthday and I was in a rush but my lashes were different. She explained to me that I could set an appointment for a removal and my original tech could do them over. I asked the girl what would be the cost for it all to be done she said no charge because I was a member and something about it hadn't been 72 hours so there wouldn't be a charge ... get to the appt and I don't do a removal but my tech fixed them and I get to the desk the girl says $18 ... again I didn't make it a big deal out of it because I love my lashes buuut I did ask what the $18 was for and she said a mini fill ... My issue is front desk will say one thing and it'll be the total opposite or they're not that good at explaining pricing other than that I have a good experience with my tech UPDATED REVIEW: I went in today for a refill ! While traveling to visit family I needed a new set of lashes, which I'm no stranger to, so I stopped at this amazing lash location since I'm familiar with the locations in Texas. I must say, in Texas I normally don't go to amazing lash but I knew during my travels this was a place I could trust. I'm so glad I went, my lashes look phenomenal. The staff is nothing like the locations I've been to in San Antonio. They're absolutely friendly and educating, and were able to explain why their service was much different than the subpar service I received in San Antonio. The good part was, I explained exactly what I wanted in terms of look and the lady was able to replicate the picture. If this was the same location in Texas, I'd be a regular. So to my Lafayette fam, this place comes highly recommended and I'm so glad and glam in my full set!! read more

I am one of those that can not apply the glue on stripe lashes, so I decided to give lash extensions a try. My lash tech Bailee did an amazing job. Since I was a newbie to lash extensions, she answered all my questions that I ask about the process. I went for the natural look lash (classic lashes). It gave my lashes that boost they needed, but not look like I was wearing fake lashes. It does take about two hours and it's a bit pricey, but worth it for gorgeous long lashes. I also went doing the pandemic, (once salons we're allowed to open) and the staff was on top of cleaning/sanitizing. They sprayed and wiped the doors, chairs, etc after each customer entered and exited. read more

I gave this location another chance and it was better but not top of the line. The stylist was the best one there and has been with this location since opening day but my eyes were glued together at the end. My bottom lashes were not taped down completely so some bottom lashes have upward lashes on them. She said she's preparing for master stylist. I don't believe she's ready. The location was clean and comfy. The third time maybe the charm in the future if I give them one more chance. I contacted the owner but she never responded. I really wanted this to be my location since it's closest but I guess I'll have to only visit locations outside of Louisiana. read more

Loved my lashes however I wasn't told until check out that the first time user discount of $89.99 did not apply to me because I did not get classic lashes. I loved them so much that I still booked a second appointment for a refill, but wasn't told until I showed up (and I quote) that because too many lashes were missing my appointment would be canceled because they did not have time for a full set.
