I had one instance this past year where my system was "offline" for three days without a call from them. My battery went bad and when I called to question the individual knew nothing of a battery and wanted to initiate a costly service call. -Customer service is dismal and scripted. -Service is overpriced and continually rising. -apparently the company is so compartmented that notes on bills, calls to customer service and calls for cancellation of services are not integrated.
