Now I'm talking real old. This thing still had a dial for changing channels! They fixed it up in no time flat! I think it just needed a new tube or something...I don't know the lingo! You can buy speakers, flat screen TVs, HDTVs, home lighting systems, sound systems, and even some furniture! I think this is a great example of a company that has successfully altered it's products and services to go with the changes in technology.

Called 5/28 to follow up on the message I had left the day before and talked to Chelsea who said they were busy - asked for a refund at this point because even though I'm an existing customer and paid them $89 to tell me my AC needed something done, they couldn't be bothered to give me prices. Was told I would be given a call back. On 5/29, I called 4 times after not hearing anything (could not get a person on the phone so I left a message) but had my boyfriend call who was able to get someone on the phone (I have a 614 # so pretty sure my call was being screened). On 6/1, I called from my office phone and talked to Julie who said she would follow up. 2 more calls later that day and was told that the owner said no refund, I would receive my estimates to which I said absolutely not, that is unacceptable and bad business. After hanging up, Julie called me back and said the owner would call me the next morning. No call received from the owner on 6/2. It's now been 2 weeks and not only will I not get my money back, the owner won't talk to me and I still have not received any quotes/estimates. Bad business model and awful communication. I get that I will have to wait but I have contacted better companies the day after for "2nd" opinions and they came out and gave quotes the same day! DO NOT RECOMMEND and I have contacted the credit card company and will be contacting BBB.

Could not even get a proposal from them. It was a comedy of errors…read more We saw them at a home remodeling show and scheduled for someone to come out. We spoke with their scheduling person who arranged the appointment. Within a few hours, while I'm still at the home remodeling show, I get a call from them stating that they had no one available and we needed to reschedule. At the appointment, the designer was very good and went over the options with us. He was there for three hours but was unable to give us a proposal because he was having "iPad issues" and we also had things we needed to do. He said he had a couple stops to make after leaving our place and would send us the proposal that afternoon. We get an email later from "Terry" asking us how it went. I responded that we never received a proposal. I was told to check my spam folder, which I had already done, and responded that we never received it. After a few email exchanges, it becomes evident that "Terry" never talked to the designer and finally had to admit that none was sent and that they would get one to us. After a few more days, we finally gave up. Even though the product construction looks of good quality, we just couldn't continue. With as much work as it took (over two weeks) to not even get a proposal, we didn't want to have to deal with this type of dysfunctional company for a project that was probably going to cost in excess of $20-30k. Additionally they are exclusive to Moen products and were locked into only one selection in the color we wanted. The color selections on the rest of the product was quite limited and we felt we would be compromising. My wife and I have both built and remodeled homes and condos for ourselves many times. We have a lot of experience dealing with contractors and vendors in the building industry. This company gives off a bad vibe, with plenty of red flags, that tell me not to deal with them. They brag about how many jobs they have going every day and I think they have just gotten too big and can't manage what they have. Go forward with them at your own peril...you have been warned.

I called them late last week to…read moreset up an appointment to replace the seal at the bottom of our garage door and to do an overall check-up and lubrication of our door and automatic door opener. I was able to get a service appointment quickly and at a convenient time. Ron Schmidt arrived when he said he would and performed all the service in less than 30 minutes from his arrival. The new seal should keep out small critters - and probably large bugs, and the garage door is much quieter now when it goes up and down.
