Had the worst experience at this shop today. So bad we will never ever be back. My husband and I have spent hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars at this store. Been honest, regular customers since OPENING DAY. We had our FIRST EVER dud cartridge. Same day of purchase, husband goes back to store to return for a new one. (When you screwed it onto ANY battery, you couldn't even pull(suck) on it, no vapor what so ever. AGAIN, screwed onto SEVERAL different batteries at home.) We purchased 2 of the exact same carts. 1 was an absolute dud. THEY WOULDN'T EXCHANGE IT!! They plugged it into a coil reader thing that said it worked... Cool, ok...but it doesn't work????? Like, at all. Manager lady got involved stating it was probably his battery. But, how can it be the battery if it doesn't work on ANY? Manager claimed to take it out and screw it onto her own battery. She claims it worked. My husband asked her to do it in front of him, she then stated they're not allowed to smoke... But...she just said..she tried it...(smoked off of it) and it worked...but they can't smoke? Also, she probably wasn't aware, but I was in the car parked fairly close to her, and I thought it was odd an employee was walking out and leaning inside their car. Almost as if they were taking a hit. Her sunroof was open and everything. I sat there for probably 10 minutes (not even knowing they were denying my husband a refund/return/whatever), and I didn't see a single strand of vapor (or smoke) come out of that car. If she "took a hit off of it herself" as she said, it clearly didn't work, because I didn't see the evidence. Then going back around and telling my husband (after the fact) that they "can't smoke"........ Regardless, didn't get a replacement, or a refund. They absolutely lost 2 very loyal customers with their shitty behavior, lying, and their greediness. Why else wouldn't they just give us a new one? WE weren't scamming THEM. It's so bazaar to have refund policies, when you don't abide by them... This management is absolute garbage. Super rude. And again, fucking liars. Not to mention... we're in a pandemic, why is the manager (on duty on may 6, 2021 at about 5:30 pm) taking pulls off of my husband's purchased cartridge????? She literally told him, she hit it herself, then back-pedaled and said they're not allowed to smoke. But I watched her. She didn't ask permission to take a hit off of my husband's cartridge. Update: This place fuckin sucks now. Price increase for garbage weed. 08/26/2020. They just recently opened up and I have been here about five times but finally had the chance to eat some photos up of the Optimus Prime they had in stock from Bondi. One of my all time faves to roll! Can't wait to grind it up and roll some full gram joints! Unfortunately I have to give them three stars because I'm waiting at the front to be let in almost every time. Today I waited up to a minute behind the closed iron gate or whatever it's made of. Joint Rivers is the best cannabis store around. They have the best deals! Even when they don't have a discount, their prices are still the best. Their staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! I see that some of these reviews say that they have issues with their online ordering, I will say, I too have had things be out of stock when coming to pick up an online order. However, they're always apologetic and kind in assisting to pick a replacement.
