This particular store only carries the 1818 style of suits, but only the Madison and Fitzgerald are offered here. The Madison is a full-cut suit. This means that if you're chubby, you can hide your chub, but if you're slim or have an athletic build, then you'll be hiding your sexy in this suit. The Fitzgerald is a little slimmer but still not in trend. While the store does offer some cuts with shorter length jackets, it's not available in all chest sizes. And both the Madison and Fitzgerald and single-vent suits. So if you're a double vent fan, then you'll need to search elsewhere. Do take advantage of clearance sales on Golden Fleece knits and dress shirts. The dress shirts come in a variety of cuts, collars, and cuffs. My preference is the slim fit, spread collar, french cuff dress shirt also known as the Ainsley. You'll find it at this store but never at the outlet. She said she has to have some authorization code from her boss so she texted him for it. So I proceeded to stand around for about 20 minutes or so and he never answered. She tried to call him once and he didn't answer either. So after about 20 minutes of awkwardly standing there waiting, she proceeded to tell me she can't do anything because I was outside of the return period by 1 day. They have a 3 day return policy and I had work the past 3 days. Tried to explain this to the lady and she didn't care. What a joke of a place. They don't test their games, they have the worst return policy, and clearly don't care about their customers. If you're looking for retro games, go to Savannah Lion Games or Planet Fun. Worst customer service ever! I came in this store with my husband, we had been shopping for about…read more30 minutes and I have very bad plantar fasciitis, so my feet were killing me. It is hard to even get out of bed in the mornings, so I came to this store to try to get more comfortable shoes to help. I found some that were great, they had a sale of buy one get one half off, so I went to the trouble to find two pairs, and this is hard when you don't feel good. When it was time to check out, I encountered Angie, the assistant manager standing at the front of the store. There was a line to check out and only one person on a register. There were about 8 people in line waiting to check out, but Angie would not get on a register, she stood at the front door telling people that wanted to come in, that they couldn't because she had a line! My husband and I were so shocked, I had to stand in line for over 10 minutes and I made a comment to my husband about just leaving the shoes as my feet hurt so bad and I didn't know if I could stand there any longer and wait just to check out. Angie finally decided to get behind the register and help move the line along, of course she was the person to check my out. I told her that I was wearing one of the pairs of shoes that I was buying (since my old shoes were in the box) and, no kidding, she made me take the shoes off and show her the size! I told her that I thought I would know if the shoes I was wearing were not the same size, but her forced me to take the shoes off at the checkout counter, I was so embarrassed! I had a hard time putting the shoes back on since there was no place to sit, but she didn't care. Then when she asked if I had shopped there in the past and I said no, she asked for all this information in front of everybody, I was already so embarrassed I asked to just check out as a guest and she told me that I couldn't get the discount for the buy one get one sale if I didn't give it to her. I told her to keep the other pair and I would only get the one pair. She was so rude in how she spoke knowing I was hurting and having a hard time in the store, I can't believe that someone would treat a customer this way! I won't be back!!
