Here is why-I was looking for a blazer type coat. I tried one on when I walked into the store. Wasn't sure about the color. My daughter walked over to the 'regular' side and grabbed the same jacked. It was a XXL and I had tried on a 2XL . The 2xl fit better thru my bust area . Plus size cut is slightly fuller. I decided to get the 2xl. But here's the issue... The XXL was $21.98 plus 20% off( so $17.58). The 2xl was not clearance ...not on sale at all and was $44! Same season code and everything. I pointed out the discrepancy to the employees and they said they couldn't match it ( very politely) With coupons and military discount , I got it for $30 but still... So I contacted customer service to see why this would happen. He basically told me that the extra material for plus size made it cost more . I realize the plus size is $5 regularly but to not even be on sale when the other is clearances is wrong. I won't be shopping at a store that 'caters' to plus size but discriminates in pricing.

Going into DTFO to me, I guess, was like when my husband goes into a shoe store with me LOL. DTFO is located in the Tanger Outlets in Pooler, in front of the Famous Footwear and the cornhole games (installed by the mall). The store seems pretty new. They must have opened during the pandemic? To be honest, we haven't been to Tanger Outlets very often during this past year due to COVID. - Service - There was one guy working and he was really nice. He made sure everyone was greeted, while cashing customers out. He asked me if I was waiting for "him" as he looked in my husband's direction. What gave that away? My standing by the door and posture? Haha. - The Goods - There is a lot of merchandise in the store, but they've done a great job of organizing and stacking the boxes as neatly as is possible with bulky and irregular sized items. The brands you will find the most in this store is Ryobi and Rigid. Visually, you'll see mostly fluorescent yellow (Ryobi) and orange (Rigid) colors. I saw other brands like Homelite, Powerfit and Powerstroke (no idea what these other brands are, just noting my observations). From what my husband told me, the prices are pretty good. There is one item in particular that he noticed was about $40 cheaper as compared to the big box hardware stores. And believe me, my man does his research so I would take his word for it. The guy told us that the same parent company that owns Ryobi and Rigid owns DTFO, so that is why they are able to slash the prices so low. - Additional Notes - *They offer a military discount with presentation of valid ID. *Return policy - no refunds. She took the time to look at the fabric, worked her magic, and was able to move the material around to fix the hole. It made me so happy because I had been loving that top from the moment I saw it and she found a perfect solution. The rest of the staff was just as kind and accommodating. One of the girls even went out of her way to search the store for another top in the same style just in case. The store itself was very clean, well organized, and a pleasure to shop in. I enjoyed my time here so much that I felt compelled to leave this review. Meera's exceptional service along with the friendliness of the entire team turned what could have been a disappointing shopping moment into a wonderful experience. They of course had tons of helmets and it was showing two in stock. The store was super busy. The employee Nick that was working on 2/1/25 was wonderful. I was expecting to get talked into buying another one but he helped me find it. He even took them the time to try it on my son who is autistic and made sure it fit and talked to him like he was any other baseball player shopping. He walked out of there caring his own helmet!
