He was able to squeeze me in right before Thanksgiving which I really appreciated. And wow, his work speaks for itself!! My family thought we got a new rug! Colors were vibrant again. Our flattened couch cushions seemed like they got a second life too which was an unexpected bonus. The rug dried in about 5 hours and the entire couch took a good 24 hours to completely dry. We had to flip/rotate the cushions as it dried to make sure all edges/sides got exposed to dry well. We are soooo happy with his work and will definitely reach out to Max again for our next cleaning!
