Wow! This is definitely the BEST carpet cleaning Company in the area! Jose is amazing. We have used other places and the carpet was still damp the next day. Once it dried, the stains returned. Jose came out and did the carpets for one bedroom and my office. Both had dog urine stains and other grunge. It has been almost two weeks now and stains left by prior cleaning attempts (and sometimes worsened) were GONE. I was blown-away. Not only that, nothing has really reappeared. That has been a problem in the past with other carpet cleaning folks. Not with Foothills. The carpets were dry in a few hours. I have never had such a great job done on carpets! Just had our carpets cleaned and wanted to recommend Foothills. Autumn is friendly and worked with me to book an appointment within my time schedule. Very impressive equipment and truck (who would think that was important, but the last carpet cleaner we used showed up with equipment from the grocery store because his broke down). Jose is professional, efficient, and meticulous. Extra time was spent on heavy traffic areas, and the he finished by "raked" the carpet to fluff the yarn. I called this company and told them I had a difficult situation with our home in El Dorado county and was informed that they could handle the job. I told them if it could not be cleaned not to do it. I was away and they went ahead and did the cleaning after informing me that they could remove almost anything organic. True to what they said in one respect the inorganic stain that I did have was not removed and I expected that. What I did not expect was a job that looked as though they gave up halfway through. Unfortunately I had already piad them and have no recourse. When I called the response was different needless to say they bemoaned the amount of time spent and how they couldn't provide any gaurantees, Yada, Yada, Yada. I would assume they can clean a carpet that is already clean but IMO they are just like all the other fly by night carpet cleaners out there. Buyer beware. read more
