The front desk staff greeted me warmly and professionally, immediately setting a positive tone. I was then brought back for my initial diagnosis by the dental assistant, Denise. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the process. One thing that really impressed me was how advanced the technology was. The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Again, it didn't feel like I was just another patient moving through the system, he took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what to expect. The procedure itself was completed in less than an hour, Dr. Berto kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok, and the entire team continued to be attentive, caring, and professional throughout. Afterward, the post-procedure instructions were explained clearly, and both Denise and Dr. Berto made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I'll also add something that really surprised me: a day later I have zero pain from the procedure, and more importantly the original tooth pain that brought me in is completely gone. That may just be my personal experience, but it's definitely worth noting. Overall, the combination of high-end technology, exceptional professionalism, and genuinely personable staff made this one of the best dental experiences I've had. Failure to act on the patient's and the general dentist's clear information; Failure to diagnose tooth #3's necrotic pulp on October 1; Delaying necessary treatment, which likely worsened the condition and reduced the chance of saving tooth #3; As of December 1, the clinic informed me that tooth #3 has likely lost the opportunity for successful treatment and may now require extraction instead of root canal therapy. Upon arriving around 1:00 PM, I repeatedly informed the front office staff of my intense discomfort, but no assistance was provided. Once brought back to a room, I was left waiting for over an hour before Dr. Osada administered a local anesthetic to ease the pain. However, as the waiting extended for hours, the anesthetic wore off, and the pain returned. My repeated calls for help were ignored, and I ultimately did not receive complete treatment until 4:00 to 5:00 PM. ​During the procedure, the environment was highly unprofessional. Dr. Osada and his assistant carried on personal conversations about internal office drama, firing fears, and leaving early--completely ignoring my presence and comfort. While I appreciate that Dr. Osada successfully removed three fragments of the broken file, the neglect of my severe pain, the hours of delay, and the inappropriate behavior during care made this one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had.
