Punctuality is important to me; doing what you say you're going to do. When you set an appointment it should be rare not to keep it and only then have reasonable explanation why you can't keep. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and after 1 hour and 10 minutes still hadn't seen the Dr. When I asked about how much longer it would be the staff replied, "Do you have somewhere to be?" I didn't expect to walk right in and see the Dr. the very minute of my appointment. I expected to have to fill out paperwork (which, by the way, asks for lot's of unnecessary personal information). That couldn't have taken more than 7 minutes, maybe. It's very unprofessional and disrespectful of patients to make them wait beyond an appointment time/commitment they made with you, a patient. This is very unfortunate. I expect I would have had a very good exam since Dr. Whorff came highly recommended from someone who has severe eye problems. Now a firm I have no confidence in has all my personal information, laboriously input by staff, and I'm never going to make use of them again. A tech did the check a Dr signed off on it. The Dr can't be bothered to make sure they get it right. The didn't. Went back requested an appt with the Dr. A student Dr came in and did the check up.
