I opted for the bridge, which has caused discomfort with other teeth, even after multiple adjustments. It has been a nightmare. On my last visit, I was told I had another cracked tooth, which would require another crown. Becoming suspicious, I went for a second opinion with another dentist. After having problems getting all my x-rays from Gentle Dental, my new dentist was unable to find a tooth she felt needed a crown. With that being said, I would just recommend being very cautious when dealing with GD. On a positive note, the staff is very nice and courteous, even though they did seem to slow walk sending my X-rays after two requests, requiring a third. I really don't like to bash a business, and hopefully your experience with them will be better. This is just my honest experience and opinion.

When I didn't name the exact tooth that was hurting (because more than one hurt) he made it seem like I was making things up. He treated me like I was trying to snort painkillers in the clinic bathroom. All I wanted was for my teeth to stop hurting. I will never go back and will never recommend him.
