They not only fit flawlessly but three months later I still don't need any adjustments. Unbelievable quality and fit. I use Polygrip only on occasion and find these dentures don't hold the cream so severely when I take them out at night they release cleaner than my crappy old ones did. It was yanked out and I was in so much pain that I thought that was the reason why I had to paint afterwards they had me go back in and all they did was file it down, saying that that was going to help this procedure was done in September and here we are in December and I am in extreme pain and they refuse to refund for that crown so that I can go to another Dentist and get it pulled out. I went back and they put on a second temporary and said to use the mouth guard all day and night. I did that and the second one cracked leaving me with exposed teeth during the week of Christmas as they were closed. I had to go back 6 times to get the permanent crowns to fit correctly and they still don't. One of them has already cracked and it has only been seven months. Terrible workmanship. But to top it all off they lied about how much it would cost us. Be very careful with this office. They will quote you one thing and come back to you and say that the insurance didn't cover what they quote. I understand that I am financially responsible but we went back and forth for about a week prior to doing the work. Since it was the end of the year I wanted to be certain that the insurance would cover it over the agreed amount. Or I would do some last year and some this year. They reassured me that it would be covered. Now I'm getting a call from Andrea saying we owe $1,000 more. They don't listen to anything and just threaten to send us to collections.
