Great people most modern equipment and Dr. Amy is wonderful. I had a full set of dentures made here to replace my damaged old ones. They not only fit flawlessly but three months later I still don't need any adjustments. Unbelievable quality and fit. I use Polygrip only on occasion and find these dentures don't hold the cream so severely when I take them out at night they release cleaner than my crappy old ones did. I never could get an appointment. Left phone messages, sent emails, and filled out the book appointment online. I did this for a week. It could be a good dentist, but they don't respond at all. They don't even let you know they are not accepting new patients. I sent request for scheduling an appointment to two different locations...one in Longview, Texas and the other in Tyler, Texas. The people here are very, very friendly. Which is what gives them the one star. But, that's the only good thing about this place. I got my wisdom teeth removed a couple of months ago and I have yet to regain feeling in the bottom right of my mouth. When I went up there for my visit, they made me sign consent forms AFTER I had already taken my meds to get me loopy. I do not remember signing any forms. This was the first sketchy thing I encountered. Then, when I went to go back to get my mouth checked up on, the Dental Assistant told me that Dr. Ward went on an errand during a scheduled visit. Since he was taking so long, the assistant told me that he shouldn't be messing with a drill but Doc told him before that it was okay. I HIGHLY recommend finding yourself another dentist. Had chipped a tooth and was able to get in the next day to have this bonded by Dr. Ward. Then a week later I chipped the same tooth again. I went to the office in person and was able to get it bonded again immediately. Was impressed that they were able to get me immediately. Dr. Ward is very good at explaining things. I now know I'll have to get my teeth straightened out if I want to keep my tooth from chipping the rest of my life. When I was there I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room at all. read more

If I could give a zero rating I would! I moved to this dentist because of a change in insurance last year. Today is 1/11/2023. I had an implant done through Dr. Mack and was told I had to go to my regular dentist to get the crown. It took me 3 times explaining this to receptionist that I need an appointment for the crown. Finally had an appt. in Nov.to get the crown. The day before my appointment I was called and they said we have to change the date due to shortage of supplies for the mold to get a crown. Ok next appt. was 12/13/22, I went through the mold process for the crown and was told it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Here it is almost 1 month later( in 2 days) and I have called 3 times and cannot get anyone to return my calls. I physically WENT IN TO THIS office today 1/11/23 and they wanted me to sit in the waiting room while the tech who was working on patients had TIME TO STOP AND LOOK FOR MY CROWN. Needless to say I am RIP ROARING PISSED because not only are they incompetent they are Rude as well. Bridget said to me I told you to go sit in the waiting room because WE ARE Short handed and cannot look for your crown....there were 4 women sitting in the reception office having a conversation amongst themselves and the young lady on the phone to a patient did not even say I will be right with you and neither did BRIDGET who sits right next to her and was not doing anything. I left because this should not be an issue with finding the crown that I paid $600.00 for. They have my number but I have lost hope in ever getting what I paid for. My first 2 visits were amazing! I was seen by the male dentist there, Dr. Ali I believe. I was so pleased that I brought my 5 yr old back. She was seen by a female dentist, Dr. Nina. A complete air head! She kept getting confused with what she wanted to do with each tooth... made me so nervous with her working on my childs teeth! The 2nd appt was even WORSE! I told them Saturday's weren't the best days for me due to work being hectic.. they ensured me it would be an in and out process after waiting OVER AN HOUR we still hadn't been seen by the dentist and all we were there for was for my daughter to get sealants! Worst experience ever. The dentist on duty was Dr Nina of course. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the ladies at the front desk and Dr. Ali! I have canceled our future appts and I am finding a new dentist! read more

Coming to this dental office was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. First, I waited for my appointment for 2 hours. TWO HOURS. Once I actually sat down in the chair, the actual cavity filling was a terrible experience. And I am not delicate, or one to complain about dental treatments. But this was abysmal. Then, after the appointment my teeth KEPT hurting for several weeks. So I went back and they adjusted my bite and told me to wait it out. After having made three visits, and still in serious dental pain, I walked out that day with my records. I have since been to another dentist who has re-done BOTH fillings, and fixed three cracked teeth that were injured in the original filling at Fresh Dental. Did I mention that when I went in for my original appointment at Fresh Dental, I was having ZERO pain? Almost $1,000.00 in dental bills later, I wish I had never come to Fresh Dental. Stay away. My first experience here was very good. They were short staffed, but things moved pretty quickly. The dentist did my cleaning himself (because they were short staffed) and was very pleasant. BEWARE! Made an appointment for a cleaning .They did full mouth xrays, told me i needed $10k worth of work. I refused and said I just wanted a cleaning. They said I would have to re-schedule with the hygienist. I left, nothing was done. They filed claim with my insurance and now I cannot get xrays at my new dentist. I have to pay FRESH DENTAL my deductible. DO NOT GO HERE! All they do is SELL! read more

Don't do anything here but a simple cleaning. I made the mistake of trusting them to do real dental work and only got pain and a sad excuse for their screw up. ORTHO REVIEW: Think twice before putting your children into their ortho plan. The orthodontist drives from Dallas and is only there once a month. (He left and supposedly a new one is coming now). It is the middle of June and my kids have not been seen since March (3 months). They keep canceling appointments and one day we sat in the waiting room for over 30 min. and the lady came out and said their machine that sterilizes their equipment had broken down and we all had to reschedule. It was a month before another appointment and they have cancelled it too...another week and 1/2 out. With 2 in braces, I am spending over $10,000 for this kind of "treatment". There is nothing their staff can do about it but I wish someone from their corporate would step in and stop this madness! read more
