I went back and they put on a second temporary and said to use the mouth guard all day and night. I did that and the second one cracked leaving me with exposed teeth during the week of Christmas as they were closed. I had to go back 6 times to get the permanent crowns to fit correctly and they still don't. One of them has already cracked and it has only been seven months. Terrible workmanship. But to top it all off they lied about how much it would cost us. Be very careful with this office. They will quote you one thing and come back to you and say that the insurance didn't cover what they quote. I understand that I am financially responsible but we went back and forth for about a week prior to doing the work. Since it was the end of the year I wanted to be certain that the insurance would cover it over the agreed amount. Or I would do some last year and some this year. They reassured me that it would be covered. Now I'm getting a call from Andrea saying we owe $1,000 more. They don't listen to anything and just threaten to send us to collections.
