It was yanked out and I was in so much pain that I thought that was the reason why I had to paint afterwards they had me go back in and all they did was file it down, saying that that was going to help this procedure was done in September and here we are in December and I am in extreme pain and they refuse to refund for that crown so that I can go to another Dentist and get it pulled out. Do not go to this Dentist to them. It's all about the money and not the patient or their well-being. My insurance was maxed out by them and now I have to wait till my insurance benefits kicked back in just the fact that they let me sit in pain for all these months shows what kind of dentist they are

The entire office staff is so friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Roberts really inspired confidence in me. (I also had Dr. Jones work with me while Dr. Roberts was on vacation and trusted him the same.)
