I had cataract surgery at the Mt. Pleasant office nearly two years ago. While the doctor and his…read moreattendants were very professional, the office staff was not. They're billing practices are horrible. They sent me statements that did not reflect what I had paid and which demanded additional payments. When I called to discuss it with them they wouldn't answer my questions and told me they were too busy to talk to me about it. The follow up visits at Advanced Vision Care in Sulphur Springs were not billable yet I also got another bill from the Sulphur Springs office. Next, over a year after surgery, I get another bill from Mt. Pleasant saying I owed even more. I won't do any more business with either office and I certainly don't recommend them or their associates.
