I was told the amount I had to pay and no more discounts were available. I saved and worked hard during covid saving up for that. So I paid that amount. I took my 1st son back the same day to start phase 2. For him I was told of another discount that had not been offered with son number 2. I was also told I did not have to pay the insurance portion up front. I was excited for the 2nd but when I asked about the discount I was told that they would honor half of that but I now had to pay all the insurance up front-$900 more! We are in tears we don't have that. I called multiple times and the manager "Kim" can't be bothered to call me back. I called my insurance company (which has not changed in years) and they said there is no law about paying it up front and it sounded to them that this "practice" was just doing this to punish me. I guess if you are rich and don't care if they cheat you go here but if you work really hard for every dime you make and point out when they make a mistake be prepared to get punished back.

I am so disappointed in the financial management behind this organization. I have been a patient…read moreof this office since 2020. Recently I began receiving past due payment notifications from this organization for charges back when I first started with them. $59.00 charge for a new patient fee back in 2020 and then a $28.00 fee in 2024 because they repeated annual x-rays that had been paid for by insurance already in 2023. Is this really the fault of the patient or the fault of the company? And isn't there a statue of limitation of when a business can come back and try to charge a patient for a new patient charge? My insurance never received these charges so they never paid them. They did receive the double x-ray charges and ofcourse, they are not going to pay for duplicate X-ray charges. I called Fresh Dental and discovered that they have a new company that is cleaning up there books but this does not mean you screw your customers by adding on charges that your office made mistakes by not adding years ago. I do not recommend this office to anyone and ask everyone to be careful in selecting them to take care of your dental care. They can't even keep their books and insurance records in order.

If I were just rating the dentist, I would give him 5 stars, unfortunately I have recently had a…read morebad experience with the front office. Two years ago I had 2 crowns put in. They contacted my insurance company at the time and showed me an itemized list of what was covered and what wasn't. I paid my portion in full at the time I had the work done. I have been in 2 times since then for check ups. Not once did anyone mention anything about owing money. Then out of the blue earlier this year I get a bill. When I inquired about this, they said it was for the crowns I had done back in 2024 and a claim that my insurance denied. I checked all my claims and I have paid everything that my insurance company said I owed. When I tried to ask for exactly what claim they were talking about, they said they would just try resubmitting the claim and would not provide me with any information as to what it was for. It has been way over a month since I last talked to them and I have not heard a word for them, but if I look at the bill they sent me back in February, it still is showing that I owe. I haven't received another bill since I last talked to them though, so I have no clue what is going on. I would call them again, but I have already spent countless hours on this and I never get anywhere with them. How can they tell you for 2 years that you don't owe anything and then send you a bill 2 years later. Just a warning, if you go here, double check everything. This has been an absolute nightmare!

I slacked on my dental care and needed to get back in a regular routine and saw that dentist was no longer there, so I thought I would try it again. Every single person I have interacted with from the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the checkout folks and Dr. A have all been super kind and so easy to deal with. I have a very strong dislike of the dentist in general and they make it very easy to get things done without worry and with a lot less pain than I have had in the past. Kudos to the whole staff.

This is a dental emergency. She's in pain and her tooth structure is exposed. We tried Goodland Dental today, who said neither they nor anyone else would touch it because Franklin did the prep. They did note, however, that rot is setting in for that tooth. Even after calling Franklin back and letting them know this, they still refused to see her any sooner. This kind of neglect is likely to cause the loss of the tooth. Edit: I got a call back from a manager today moving her appointment up to a week out instead of two, which is better but still abysmal given the circumstances. He was also strangely confrontational, accusing my review of being false and asking for an appointment sooner than 2 weeks, then for a manager when the front desk wasn't helpful as being 'threatening'. The staff here are just wildly unprofessional.
