He always takes his time to make sure you are taken care of. He takes personal interest in his patients well-being. He likes to talk about the latest in dental research and keeps up with developments in the dental field. If I would need any major treatment, I am confident he would present me with viable options including the latest dental technology to achieve the best results. His dental hygienist Bethany does a great job cleaning your teeth even removing the stains out of the tightest spaces between your teeth. I always feel like I am in competent hands with her cleaning my teeth and leaving me with a polished smile. His dental assistant Maddie is one of the most respectful and customer service oriented professionals you will meet. She will competently take care of you from start to finish like an angel. You will be blessed to be assisted by her. The office itself is clean. The waiting room is large and looks like a comfortable living room where you never feel cramped. Finding parking has never been an issue for me. I have dental insurance but despite being out of network with Dr. Crawford's office, it pays to be a patient of Dr. Crawford's office. Upon arrival they gave me an iPad with 10 forms per kid to fill out (I have a 2 year old with me). This is something I should have been able to do at home before but I was never informed of this. If you can I highly recommend doing that! The first time I brought my kids to the appointment they told me they hadn't verified my insurance and I would have to do cash pay or reschedule. The blame was pushed onto me because they had called me the day before to get the insurance ID but I was at the doctor and couldn't do it at that time. They NEVER told me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled if they couldn't get the info, and they made ZERO other attempts to contact me. Now we have waited an hour to be seen. The waiting room is full of people and children and our appointment was an hour ago. They really need to fix the way they are running things up front.
