I found this dental office schedule an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. That's what I wanted to have done, they scheduled an exam which was six weeks out, which I thought was crazy but that was fine then they started calling me having quite a few cancellations and got me in sooner once I got my exam and got my x-rays which cost over $300 because I do not have dental insurance. They told me that I had some decay, how much decay but we're adamant that I needed to get my teeth cleaned. I really couldn't afford it at the time, but I was told if I didn't agree I would have to find another Dentist and since I was already there and I paid for the x-rays I didn't want to go through the hassle so I agreed. So after paying almost 2 grand for an exam x-rays and getting my teeth deep cleaned, the dental hygienist told me she'd see me back in one month to check my gums. She never told me when I come back in that month that she's gonna clean my teeth again and that's gonna cost me $200. I realized after my cleaning they scheduled me to come back in another 45 days to have my gums checked. That's when I called them and asked them. What about my cavities. How many do I have? I find out that I have three cavities so they care more about pocketing all that money, acting like they're worried about my dental health, but they'll let me sit here with all this decay. Probably hoping that I'll have to have root canal. I thought when I came in to get my teeth cleaned somewhere in between there, I would get my fillings filled these people are so greedy. They do not care about people. They care about money one of the worst dentist office I've ever been to. The dentist is a control freak and has done absolutely nothing on me every time I've came in there when I told him that when I floss my teeth, it's getting hooked on something and he said it was some decay and he would fix it. They gave me a sonic care toothbrush told me to use it twice a day and to floss hurts really bad when you have cavities. I've never heard of a dentist not wanting to fill cavities as soon as possible. Yeah they work four days a week they over schedule and then of course the dentist is taking a whole week off in the week of November that dudes nothing but money hungry. I don't think anyone has a right to tell anyone what they need to do with their teeth if their teeth wanna all fall out that's on them. This guy forced me to do what he wanted done and did not do the things that I wanted to have done and I'm still sitting here now with three cavities $2000 later.

Dad not only lost a front tooth over the holidays, but he is dealing with years of neglect, gum disease, etc... Coupled with some medical issues that have resulted in very limited mobility for him, he was naturally quite anxious about this appointment. Fortunately, I am very pleased to say that the experience could not have gone better. Dr. Williams and his Dental Assistant, Blakey, were incredibly down-to-earth and patient with my Dad. They took the time to listen to him, answer his questions and explain everything in detail. It was never uncomfortable or awkward. It is truly my pleasure to leave this review and sincerely thank you both (and your full staff) for such a wonderful experience. See you guys in the next few weeks to get started on his treatment plan!

I asked could they just use my old doctors plan because I had already missed work for that visit and since have moved and did not need the expense for the same service. She go tacky with me and told me well I could just go back to my prior doctor since I wasn't happy with their policy.
