I found this dental office schedule an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. That's what I wanted to have done, they scheduled an exam which was six weeks out, which I thought was crazy but that was fine then they started calling me having quite a few cancellations and got me in sooner once I got my exam and got my x-rays which cost over $300 because I do not have dental insurance. They told me that I had some decay, how much decay but we're adamant that I needed to get my teeth cleaned. I really couldn't afford it at the time, but I was told if I didn't agree I would have to find another Dentist and since I was already there and I paid for the x-rays I didn't want to go through the hassle so I agreed. So after paying almost 2 grand for an exam x-rays and getting my teeth deep cleaned, the dental hygienist told me she'd see me back in one month to check my gums. She never told me when I come back in that month that she's gonna clean my teeth again and that's gonna cost me $200. I realized after my cleaning they scheduled me to come back in another 45 days to have my gums checked. That's when I called them and asked them. What about my cavities. How many do I have? I find out that I have three cavities so they care more about pocketing all that money, acting like they're worried about my dental health, but they'll let me sit here with all this decay. Probably hoping that I'll have to have root canal. I thought when I came in to get my teeth cleaned somewhere in between there, I would get my fillings filled these people are so greedy. They do not care about people. They care about money one of the worst dentist office I've ever been to. The dentist is a control freak and has done absolutely nothing on me every time I've came in there when I told him that when I floss my teeth, it's getting hooked on something and he said it was some decay and he would fix it. They gave me a sonic care toothbrush told me to use it twice a day and to floss hurts really bad when you have cavities. I've never heard of a dentist not wanting to fill cavities as soon as possible. Yeah they work four days a week they over schedule and then of course the dentist is taking a whole week off in the week of November that dudes nothing but money hungry. I don't think anyone has a right to tell anyone what they need to do with their teeth if their teeth wanna all fall out that's on them. This guy forced me to do what he wanted done and did not do the things that I wanted to have done and I'm still sitting here now with three cavities $2000 later.

Coupled with some medical issues that have resulted in very limited mobility for him, he was naturally quite anxious about this appointment. Fortunately, I am very pleased to say that the experience could not have gone better. Dr. Williams and his Dental Assistant, Blakey, were incredibly down-to-earth and patient with my Dad. They took the time to listen to him, answer his questions and explain everything in detail. It was never uncomfortable or awkward. It is truly my pleasure to leave this review and sincerely thank you both (and your full staff) for such a wonderful experience. He saw that I broke a filling in one of my back teeth. He showed me a picture on the computer screen and I just knew that I had to get that fixed. It was identified that I was in need of 3 fillings, some bridge work and possible crowns. Upon leaving the office I stopped at Shea's station to schedule an appointment for the fillings. We scheduled for 8/04/26. I was informed that I would be charged $245.80. I did not know at the time that this included 20% of my $161 charge for teeth cleaning that was going to be 100% covered After my 8/04/26 appointment I stopped at Shea's station to remit my payment of $245.80. She printed out a statement for me and I left. When I arrived home, I looked at the statement and had some questions for her. I called and was told that the forwarding balance of $161.00 was for my teeth cleaning and were awaiting payment from my insurance company. The 7/29 appointment was 100% covered. She also informed me that I had a $79 credit from 2023 that was included/applied to the balance. On 8/05/26 I called Shea back requesting A more detailed statement showing the credit from 2023. I also asked why I was never sent the credit and why they held onto it for 3 years. She stated I had some cancelled/rescheduled appointments where they were going to give me my credit, but because these appointments had been rescheduled, they decided to keep my credit balance. I requested to be sent my overpayment from 2023 and she refused. She said they would use it for whatever my insurance wouldn't pay for my 7/29 and 8/4 appointments. I feel they are stealing my money from 2023 and my overpayment from 3 years ago has nothing to do with 7/29 and 8/4. The money is mine to use as I see fit. I am in my 70's and live on a fixed income. In the past 3 years I could have used that money for groceries or to pay a bill. I am appalled by this man's lack of ethics and thievery-like behavior, his rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Not only am I very saddened to be treated this way, but I am also concerned about this type of practice and whether or not Dr. Siriphong makes this a habit in his practice. It is the reason that I am willing to make the five-hour round-trip drive to Greenville for dental care. One of the most frustrating aspects of getting old is dealing with compromised, failing teeth, and at 70 years, I've had my share. Whether due to injury, disease, or shoddy past care, if you are missing teeth or if it hurts to chew, it affects one of the great joys of life - eating! I've been a client of Dr. Bean for the past 3 or 4 years, and I can attest to the exceptionally high level of care that I receive from him and his well-tuned machine. Dr. Bean has assembled a very capable team. From the front-office staff, to the dental assistants and hygienists and associate dentists, the emphasis is on making the client comfortable, and making the visit as easy and efficient as possible. As soon as I plop down into the dreaded Chair, the emphasis is on making sure that I'm comfortable...I especially like the big, soft blankie that was offered. (Hey - I'm OLD, cut me some slack!) One thing that I really appreciate about the Good Doctor is his attention to my pain level. If I feel pain at any point during the procedure, I am to raise my left hand and let him know, and he just makes it better. (I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but when relief is just a hand-wave away, why suffer?) Dr. Bean is very good at explaining what he's about to do, and will explain it at the level of detail that you desire. The use of technology helps ensure that he and his team have a very good idea of the work that needs to be done, and allows them to plan and execute efficiently. It also helps the patient to visualize the process. Another aspect of the visit that I really appreciate is the level of education that is occurring during the procedure. Doc is continually communicating with his assistant(s), asking questions, explaining why he is doing something, asking gently probing questions, mentoring. Speaking with these folks afterward, they seem to genuinely appreciate the interaction, commenting on how it much they learn from him. One thing that really frustrates me about some dental encounters is when the doctor is feeling chatty, and asks "So, do you have any plans for this weekend?" - and then shoves both hands into my mouth up to the elbows...my reply comes out something like "Mmphv jmvumphh..." With Dr. Bean, if he asks a question, he lets you answer, asks follow-up if necessary, and then moves on. Follow-up contact after the procedure is great. Any meds were called in by the staff up front to ensure that you have time to pick them up at the pharmacy and have them on hand before the procedure. I always get at least one contact later in the day to make sure that my pain level is okay and that there are no issues or questions that need to be addressed. If the medications need to be adjusted, they take care of that. Dr. Bean and his team are a class act. They are pleasant, efficient, and their emphasis on patient care is excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
