She got through a tooth extraction with just laughing gas...something we were considering full sedation for. Dr bhaumik had a clear understanding of what was happening to her teeth and used a risk based approach in treating her, minimizing cost and unnecessary trauma to my daughter. We will continue to go here even though they are out of network which says a lot!

No pre op for surgery My 3 year old was intubated in his office (every dentist I consulted with told me this was not normal) Not conservative when recommending treatment Poor follow up after dental procedures No on call physicians for dental emergency too busy taking vacations My son had zero dental pain and now he's in the worst still 2 months after procedure Crown fell off a day after procedure Dental abcesses 2 months after procedure when again my son had no issues before besides demineralization we believed him when trying to be "preventative" and everything we were trying to avoid from happening actually happened WITH the treatment. He was is the most pain for weeks!!!!! My sons 2 front teeth are infected after his treatment. Please google him prior to having any treatment. I am writing this review based on my own experience. Luckily his current dentist is THE best and said these dentists need to be more conservative. She felt so bad for us she didn't even charge us bc she felt so sorry for him. She said his teeth had a little trauma from a fall when he was little and that they were going to fall out sooner rather than later and he should NOT have done what he did to my son.

Fast forward to today - 2021 - big brother is now 19 and has gone through two orthodontia treatments - he still wears a nighttime retainer - and is 100% cavity free after attending Dr. Chou's practice during his youth. We weren't even patients of hers but due to a traumatic…read moreinjury to my daughter's tooth, we were referred to Dr. Dizak and she was able to get my daughter in immediately for stabilization/repair. She explained everything in a way that we could understand and was so incredibly kind to my 10-year-old daughter. The staff was also amazing! Talked directly with my daughter and held her hand through the process (literally). They made sure she was comfortable and even gave her prizes, a popsicle and a blow up balloon animal at the end of everything. Honestly, although this was a horrible accident and probably a long road of recovery, Dr. Dizak and her team made this experience as positive as they could for us. Thank you all!

I was able to contact the office and was seen the same day, which meant a lot to me. Dr. Rasdale and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The assistants and front desk staff were just as amazing--very welcoming, attentive, and responsive. I especially appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them by text and how quickly they respond. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and that kind of service is hard to find. I'm very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this office.

They lied to me multiple time with regard to deep cleaning and xrays…read more I told them I do not do deep cleanings, only regular cleanings. They said no problem so I made an appointment. I also put no deep cleaning in the paperwork I completed. They took many unncessary xrays (only so could bill my insurance). When dentist came in I immediately brought up the no deep cleaning. He only said he would look at my teeth. When he was done, he looked at me and said I will need to do a deep cleaning. I could not believe what I heard. I told him no, only regular. He said no. I said I leaving. I left and at front desk told them I better not be billed anything. Of course I look this morning and they billed my insurance with a balance owed. I will not pay and I will not go to dentist who are liars. It appears they need money hence why all the extra xrays and lies.
