I've been taking my son here for a little over a year now and every time has been relaxing, professional, and easy. My five yr old son loves coming to the dentist! He walks to the back like he owns the place, that's how comfortable and confident they make him feel! They are straight forward about my son's care and his teeth and extremely informative. The good is that they have toys and kids shows in the waiting room. I don't know how good the dentist is yet. But I can tell you the office experience has been awful. Upon arrival they gave me an iPad with 10 forms per kid to fill out (I have a 2 year old with me). This is something I should have been able to do at home before but I was never informed of this. If you can I highly recommend doing that! The first time I brought my kids to the appointment they told me they hadn't verified my insurance and I would have to do cash pay or reschedule. The blame was pushed onto me because they had called me the day before to get the insurance ID but I was at the doctor and couldn't do it at that time. They NEVER told me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled if they couldn't get the info, and they made ZERO other attempts to contact me. Now we have waited an hour to be seen. The waiting room is full of people and children and our appointment was an hour ago. They really need to fix the way they are running things up front. read more

They rescheduled my kids appointments to 4pm, when they were originally scheduled for 2:30.. here's the kicker.. we were already at the office, checked in and paid. The front desk lady got an attitude because " they called me to let me know" when I in fact called back and nothing was mentioned of scheduling issue. The phone call was to ask about our dental insurance information. Now we get to sit in the office until 4pm. I thought this was going to be a good first experience for my youngest son but this has been a nightmare so far and we haven't even seen the doctor! read more

I have been taking my kids to Texas tiny teeth for years! And have always received excellent service, all the way from reception to treatment 5 star service! Everyone is always friendly and super nice to the kids , and more than willing to help them ease their nerves!!! The staff was very understanding and professional. My child is very strong-willed and fought really hard, they were very kind and quick and efficient with his care. We just had our second visit and they are great every time! My daughter is 3 and they make her feel so special, he hardly notices what they're doing. My son is 6 and has a hard time with sensory and loud sounds but they take that into account and make him feel comfortable enough to stay calm and relaxed. The techs are over all very good at having tiny patients that like to fidget and ask a million questions. However my concern is the techs blatantly handle things the dentist should and are quite sassy about it between the staff. I also had some billing concerns and was told this is what it is and to pay it. Also I called the number off of the website to schedule an appointment and after going round and round with the girl and her telling me she is an off site scheduler, she said "well it's not like his tooth is going to fall out". That comment was so unprofessional and outright rude for someone in customer service. Considering I wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary. read more

My 3 year old daughter had a freak accident on a trampoline and one tooth was out and the other was loose. I was a nervous wreck but we called them and they got us in. My husband took her and he said everything was top notch and worked so well with our daughter and explaining everything to him! The techs were wonderful and Dr. James explained everything easily. We are thrilled to have such a great experience and will be back in 6 months for both of our daughters cleanings! read more

I searched far and wide to find someone to help my 10 year old son and his dental needs. I got so many opinions, my head was spinning. I finally went here with my mind set on a specific treatment plan for what I wanted for my son and I was bound and determined that it was goin to bed done. Dr. James looked at the two sets of X-rays I had previous dentists send over and told me his opinion and why. I couldn't afford it, but he swore we could work something out and get my son the dental work he so desperately needed, and he did. Dr. James and his staff have been more than a blessing to myself and my son and I could never thank them enough for helping us achieve with what I thought was the impossible. The staff is polite, competent, and does a great job of explaining things to children and putting them at ease. There was an issue with my insurance that was mostly my fault that the receptionist handled with grace and did most of the footwork to sort it out. That was very convenient and appreciated. The only complaint I have is the open bays. Everyone can hear and see private medical information as screens are displayed with all your child's info. I overheard the kid next to us being reprimanded, however gently, about his hygiene habits. I was embarrassed for him. I'd like to at least see partitions for a little privacy. read more
