He was kind, gentle, understanding, experienced, and professional, so I had pretty high expectations. Then I found Kyle M. Smith, DDS, DABDSM. Dr. Smith and his staff have exceeded those expectations. As a professional dancer, I know what "smooth" looks and feels like, and this office is truly made up of polished professionals. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. I recently needed some fairly extensive dental work, including my first dental implant. I was expecting a much more difficult experience, but everything went faster and more smoothly than I anticipated. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, with very little discomfort afterward. Interestingly, I found Dr. Smith through an oral surgeon in Rockwall. I went to the oral surgeon one time because I thought I might need to have my dental work done there. He had worked with Dr. Smith previously and spoke very highly of him, recommending that I see him instead. That recommendation brought me to Dr. Smith's office here in Greenville, and I'm very glad it did. It's great to have this level of dental care right here in my hometown. I'll admit--I don't really like going to the dentist. But I do like going to Dr. Smith's office! Highly recommended.

They lied to me multiple time with regard to deep cleaning and xrays…read more I told them I do not do deep cleanings, only regular cleanings. They said no problem so I made an appointment. I also put no deep cleaning in the paperwork I completed. They took many unncessary xrays (only so could bill my insurance). When dentist came in I immediately brought up the no deep cleaning. He only said he would look at my teeth. When he was done, he looked at me and said I will need to do a deep cleaning. I could not believe what I heard. I told him no, only regular. He said no. I said I leaving. I left and at front desk told them I better not be billed anything. Of course I look this morning and they billed my insurance with a balance owed. I will not pay and I will not go to dentist who are liars. It appears they need money hence why all the extra xrays and lies.

I was able to contact the office and was seen the same day, which meant a lot to me. Dr. Rasdale and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The assistants and front desk staff were just as amazing--very welcoming, attentive, and responsive. I especially appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them by text and how quickly they respond. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and that kind of service is hard to find. I'm very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this office.

Amazing dentists and staff!…read more Came here for a checkup and cleaning. The hygienist was very gentle. The gal up front is super nice. The doctor came in and did a very thorough exam. He saw that I broke a filling in one of my back teeth. He showed me a picture on the computer screen and I just knew that I had to get that fixed. He was very gentle with the shot and I didn't hurt afterwards at all. The assistants were friendly too. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here! See y'all in six months!

Dr. Siriphong DDS Sulphur Springs, TX…read more On 7/29/2026 I visited this office for teeth cleaning and x-rays. It was identified that I was in need of 3 fillings, some bridge work and possible crowns. Upon leaving the office I stopped at Shea's station to schedule an appointment for the fillings. We scheduled for 8/04/26. I was informed that I would be charged $245.80. I did not know at the time that this included 20% of my $161 charge for teeth cleaning that was going to be 100% covered After my 8/04/26 appointment I stopped at Shea's station to remit my payment of $245.80. She printed out a statement for me and I left. When I arrived home, I looked at the statement and had some questions for her. I called and was told that the forwarding balance of $161.00 was for my teeth cleaning and were awaiting payment from my insurance company. The 7/29 appointment was 100% covered. She also informed me that I had a $79 credit from 2023 that was included/applied to the balance. On 8/05/26 I called Shea back requesting A more detailed statement showing the credit from 2023. I also asked why I was never sent the credit and why they held onto it for 3 years. She stated I had some cancelled/rescheduled appointments where they were going to give me my credit, but because these appointments had been rescheduled, they decided to keep my credit balance. I requested to be sent my overpayment from 2023 and she refused. She said they would use it for whatever my insurance wouldn't pay for my 7/29 and 8/4 appointments. I feel they are stealing my money from 2023 and my overpayment from 3 years ago has nothing to do with 7/29 and 8/4. The money is mine to use as I see fit. I am in my 70's and live on a fixed income. In the past 3 years I could have used that money for groceries or to pay a bill. I am appalled by this man's lack of ethics and thievery-like behavior, his rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Not only am I very saddened to be treated this way, but I am also concerned about this type of practice and whether or not Dr. Siriphong makes this a habit in his practice. It is the second time it has happened to me.

You know how life just throws curveballs sometimes? Well, after our big, long distance move,…read moresettling in was quite an adventure. My daughter's health needed our full attention first, and that was a whole saga on its own! Just as we were starting to breathe, my husband got laid off, and then, wouldn't you know it, I did too a few months later. So, dental care, understandably, kept getting bumped further and further down the priority list. It was a pretty wild ride for a while there! Once things finally settled down and we were both back on our feet, finding a new dentist became a top priority again. And oh my goodness, are we glad we stumbled upon Wesley Dental! Seriously, it's been such a breath of fresh air. We've had several appointments now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. They really shine when you need them most. I actually had a filling pop out recently, which led to a fractured tooth (ouch!), but they swooped in and had me capped up and fixed in what felt like no time at all. Beyond the emergencies, one of the biggest wins for me is that they make sure you see the same hygienist and dentist every single time. It's such a comforting feeling, especially if you're someone who gets a little antsy about dental visits. It truly makes you feel like you're part of their family, not just another patient. And get this, after our initial cleanings, they even sent us home with these adorable coffee mugs and other little goodies - such a sweet, unexpected touch! It just goes to show how much they care about the whole experience. Oh, and here's a little secret: they have a fantastic referral program. So, if you're on the hunt for an amazing new dental home, definitely check them out. You might even score some free dental care for yourself if you spread the word! Highly recommend them!
