One of the doors has never functioned properly and has repeatedly come off the spool, requiring multiple repair visits. Eventually, the bottom panel needed to be replaced. Jamie agreed to handle the repair, and I paid more than $2,000 for the new panel and installation. After an extremely long wait, the panel was finally installed -- but the workmanship was unacceptable. The overlays didn't line up, were pulling away from the panel, and looked terrible. Rather than taking responsibility, Jamie blamed the manufacturer and promised to replace the panel. That was months ago. Since then, it has been excuse after excuse, missed promised dates, and poor communication. I was told the replacement panel would arrive this week and that I would receive a call. No call ever came. To make matters worse, the garage door came off the spool again this week, leaving me panicked and unable to safely use the door. I tried repeatedly to contact Jamie and, unsurprisingly, received no response. I finally had to call another garage door company, and they arrived within an hour to fix the problem. What shocked me most was that the technician immediately noticed serious installation issues with the original work. He told me the brackets had been installed backwards and questioned whether the door had been installed properly in the first place. When we reached out, they blamed the truck being old and refused to come back out to even look at the issue. If the door truly needed full replacement, that should have been communicated before taking payment for a temporary fix. They refused to come out, blamed the truck's age, and never offered a proper solution.
