This company is a nightmare to get a hold of through the phone and randomly closes throughout the day and don't expect fast response (Weeks if ever), if your home has issues or any services needed until you move out and they charge you for that item to be "repaired". They will forget you ever called or any maintenance requests you make and forget you emailed them through their site or directly. As quoted by an employee "I need to shut down our website contact email" because they don't look at their email! The site is also an unsecure way of paying your rent so watch out for that. I feel bad for their ex-employee Jason as they blamed him for forgetting everything we contacted them about for 5 years of renting. No yearly inspections of residency and outright will lie to maximize the amount they can take from your deposit. As a renter that help maintain, fix, and try to work with the property management team to ensure upkeep of the home I would never recommend this company as they performed poorly in every department of property management. I would hope you wouldn't trust this company with watching your cat least of all your home.

Last year, I needed some repairs done to my condo, including some wall and flooring work when I had…read moreto replace old heating-A/C convectors. Weder and team did a wonderful job. They closed all the holes in the walls (no more air coming in) where the old convectors were located; they repaired the flooring so that it looked seamless; and they installed baseboards to mask the gaps left by the new convectors, which were a slightly different size than the previous ones. (The convectors were installed by a different company, so they coordinated with them nicely). They also installed a brand-new lighting fixture on the bedroom ceiling (lots of concrete drilling involved), hung a metal shelf in the bathroom, and closed all the holes in the kitchen left by the previous contractor when the kitchen was remodeled. No more mice! Wonderful service, punctual, and would happily call again for anything else I may need.
