Had some storm damage from a spring 2018 storm when we were approached by Priceless who said they would work with us to attempt to get a replacement roof at no cost to us by working with our insurance company. True to their promise, that's exactly what occurred although our insurance company dragged things out far longer than it should have taken. The sales rep, Kyle Dotson, worked above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen and should be commended for that. He is a truly caring individual that works hard to keep his promises. Once the work began, the crew that did the roofing work was phenomenal. They finished the job in a day and a half (stripping, prepping and re-installing approximately 35 squares). We did have some questions about the effectiveness of the gutter guards considering the shingle overhang and the slope of the roof so that got held up a bit while we worked through those issues. Now the not-so-good. The supposed Project Manager was abysmal due to his lack of presence, communication and outright neglect. He would not return phone calls or text messages. If it wasn't for Kyle dogging him, he probably never would have even made the single brief visit to my house to look into the gutter guard issue. When he did, he promised to get the job done but it took several weeks and only after numerous terse messages from me (that went unanswered, true to form) before it finally got addressed, despite this task clearly being in the contract. These were gutter guards I purchased myself and paid Priceless to reinstall as part of the contract. I had purchased more than enough to do the job so I would have extras for the future but upon completion of this portion of the task, all remaining guards were removed from my property. Requests as to the return of the extras have gone unanswered, naturally. He also promised to have splash guards re-installed which were removed as part of the prep work. This has yet to be completed (or my messages acknowledged) so it looks like that will have to be done at my additional expense if it is going to be done at all. Poor communication, poor work quality, incomplete work, shady sales practices, customer gaslighting ("oh, thats just cosmetic"). On-going pressure to sign-off on job completion & collect final (insurance) payment -- even when the job is not complete. Line items on final invoice for work that wasn't done. Significant overages from original estimate & claims that material costs went up. Hiring unlicensed subcontractors who caused additional significant damage to our home -- cracked bathroom tile, significantly damaged drywall, ductwork disconnects & damper removal causing mold in home which we are still dealing with 6 months after the fact. Long & short, we wish we had never heard of Priceless. Do yourself a favor & go with Dry Home. read more

Needed a full roof replacement. These guys did not follow through with my insurance company Insurance company denied my claim with full roof and sent me a check for $200 to replace missing shingles. Anybody who walked on the roof knew the roof was in terrible shape. It's 30 years old, missing shingles, crack shingles, The gutters were full of granules and the underlayment was rotted. Come on guys if you're afraid to stand up for your customers please go out of business. Do I recommend these guys? No...... I found a company that took care of my roof issue. Our project contact was Shane and we were able to communicate easily via text and phone calls...very responsive. The roofing crew were total pros. When the job was complete a supervisor/inspector followed up to make sure the job was done correctLy. We received a knock on the door from Brandon, a sales rep stating we had damage to our roof and would like to work with us to submit an insurance claim. After a roof inspection, we had shingle damage all over the roof from a storm in February and they quickly called our insurance company to arrange an inspection with everyone present. We were approved within a day for a complete new roof, and worked with Priceless to also do the gutters at the same time, which we had to pay for out of pocket, but still, very reasonable pricing. Well, within 2 weeks everything was completed. The only negative was an issue with some flashing, which still hasn't been repaired (they damaged it when doing to roof), but we haven't paid them so when they get around to it, we'll make the final payment. Overall, they were great to work with, made the entire process easy, and we would not hesitate to recommend them. We'll be getting out windows replaced in the next year or so, and Priceless will be my first call.......... read more

Please be aware of this company. Not sure if it's a legitimate company. We've dealing with Sean F Geary, to work with our insurance company. Sean initially identified himself as the Project Manager with Priceless Home Improvements, however when checking their website, we cannot confirm whether he is actually part of the company. In the invoice he sent to our insurance company, he identified himself as the "owner" of not sure what company. We've been chasing him down for the last two months, to close out the claim with our insurance company, however he comes up with excuses every time. We have already given him (or the company supposedly) check for $7K, within days of the roof work being completed. This was the amount that Sean invoiced the insurance company for the roof replacement. There is a final inspection that has still not been completed, two months post roof replacement. We also required emergency tarp services. Sean arranged to have the tarp placed through a subcontractor. We don't have any contract signed with the tarp company, and all our dealings has been with Sean through Priceless Home Improvements. However, this subcontractor called TarpNow shows up at our doorstep on Saturday, demanding money. The man that showed up at our doorstep, said he wouldn't leave till he got the check. We have reported the man/company to the authority. Priceless Home Improvement didn't pay the subcontractor, and now these companies are demanding money from us. Please be aware before allowing these companies on your property. read more

Got gutter work done to our townhouse. Initial contact and response was very quick and was able to come out the next day for a quote. The quote was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received for the same work. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The removal of one star was because I believe communication could be worked on a bit. We were able to get scheduled the following week on a Monday per my request, but the weather did not cooperate which is understood. We rescheduled for that coming Wednesday at 8:30-9am. But no one showed up or let me know if they were coming. I had to text them in which I was told they had issues with their machine but would be coming by in a few hours, which my husband waited and waited but they never showed up then finally was contacted late afternoon that they will not be coming by after all due to the machine not working and needing repaired. It would have been nice to be notified much earlier of this since my husband works nights and lost many hours of sleep waiting for them. We were rescheduled again and they showed up on time. We did encounter one problem with a leak on the downspout of a gutter on our deck which I notified them of as soon as we found it. We were told they'd be sending someone that day but never showed up. I waited a week with no response. I then contacted the following week after that and they were able to send someone to repair it the following day. Overall, they did a good job with installation and I would go with them again, just need to constantly follow up with calls/texts. read more

They walked through the claims process with our insurance, scheduled to come out once it was approved, they came a week earlier than scheduled. The crew was very careful not to disturb existing items: such as patio furniture, grill, lawn, and not get any stray nails, or material in driveway. They tarped every area. I called Priceless Home improvements on 8/2/19 to get an estimate for extended my bathroom exhaust pipes through the roof. I was told by the receptionist that unfortunately if I was having my roof replaced they can send a contractor out to give me an estimate. Since the work is only for the exhaust pipes they are swamp and don't have any contractors available!! "Wow" If you're not spending a enormous amount of money they are not interested in smaller jobs...I will never recommend a company like this to anyone! read more
