Honest straight forward owner. My motorcycle inspection was a breeze. Took less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

JR a sales person from Hannum was the first to contact me and happened to have the specific bike that I was interested in which is Harley Nightrain. The dealerships located in media and was very convenient for me to get to I live near the Philadelphia airport. Upon arrival I was instantly greeted JR brought the bike outside started it up I told him there was no need for me to write it even though he did offer me the opportunity to do so. I applied for financing through Harley Davidson with the manager and minutes later I was approved and was scheduling the pick up for the next couple days. They gave me the phone number to Harley Davidson insurance I called couple minutes later I was insured they contacted the dealership with all the necessary information And I picked up my bike the very next day. When I came to the dealership JR was very prompt with bringing the bike out going over all the features and explaining and answering any questions that I could possibly have. I was then taken into the finance office where I met the finance manager again our interaction was seamless and very efficient and timely. I also was introduced upstairs to the young lady who handles the clothing and accessory and also to the gentleman that run the service department. Everyone that I met at the dealership was more than welcoming friendly and very knowledgeable about about the Harley Davidson's. I've had the bike for a little over a week didn't have much time to ride it unfortunately due to work. I received a phone call yesterday which was a pleasant surprise from JR to make sure everything was OK and if I had any further questions. Not only am I pleased with my purchase I can honestly say that my interaction with this dealership was second to none I would definitely not hesitate to buy another bike or to recommend anyone that is interested in looking for a motorcycle to HANNUMS in Media, Pennsylvania.

Told me in order for them to repair my bike, they would need the waiver I signed. He pulled one over on me because I was desperate to get the bike fixed and it was my only means of transportation at the time. He put his mechanic on the phone with me to try and convince me to send him the my signature and I stupidly sent it and once they got what they wanted outta me, they stopped pretending to want to help me with the issues with the bike. Their warranty is SHIT!! They wouldn't help me either. Don't Buy from them!! I wasn't the only one they screwed over. They've done this to many people! Don't trust them!! Mike responded to me on yelp claiming that I never purchased from them and that my claims are fake and false yet I have the paperwork right here! I had that bike for only a month before it broke down. I took it to power sports east service center in bear Delaware and they told me that the bike had so many issues that they refuse to work on it and to get rid of it. I explained to power sports in bear what mike sold me and what they did to me and even they said they screwed me. Specially when ambler put their mechanic on the phone with me to convince me to give them the paper I signed "sold as is". I was the ONLY one with the copy of that paper at the time and mike didn't have the copy. So he got his mechanic to convince me to give them my copy and after I stupidly sent it to them, they wanted NOTHING to do with me afterward!! Refused to answer phone calls, gave me the run around and their warranty was crap just like them!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

They quickly determined that my bike needed either a new fuel pump or fuel injectors and they would figure out which it needed (or both) and get it running. Then.....crickets. My bike was in their shop for 2 months because they "couldn't get to it". Every time I called, I was told "we'll get to it this week". No excuse or reason for not repairing my bike, just ignoring it. Finally I had enough and said I would come pick up my bike. I made a very straightforward and non-hostile comment on one of their FaceBook posts explaining my issue as they seem to monitor and comment on their posts. My hope was to get contacted to see how this situation could be rectified. Instead, my comment was removed and I was blocked on FB. No one reached out and no attempt was made to figure out what the issue was. Mind you, I have purchased 5 motorcycles from QuakerCity and have all my service done there. I'm a good customer and expect to be treated better than this. Their service department seems to be a mass of confusion and disorganization. Think twice before bringing your bike here for service. I'll just spend my money at Cross Country Cycles instead.
