Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. At the time, a complete pump replacement, including labor and taxes, was around $1,600. Fast forward to this year: the motor failed less than 1.5 months after the warranty expired. Given how close the failure was to the warranty period, I contacted the company hoping they would offer some goodwill assistance or a reasonable discount. Instead, I was quoted between $2,150 and $2,800 for a replacement, depending on the model and horsepower, with only a $100 discount offered. What makes this especially frustrating is that the 1.5 HP pump model they quoted is available online for around $1,150. The pricing difference feels excessive. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about using this company for repairs. I understand warranties have limits, but I expected better customer service and a more reasonable resolution given that the motor failed so soon after the warranty expired. Unfortunately, it left me feeling that the focus was more on maximizing revenue than on building long-term customer relationships.

After another pool company incorrectly refinished my pool by cementing in my In-floor cleaning…read moresystem pop-ups while changing the PebbleTec and never came out to fix their mistake, Nick came out and immediately when I called and saved the day! It was extremely difficult work to chisel out and remove my pop-ups (which were cemented in by the other company) and took 5 visits to completely fix all 19 pop-ups, but Nick had a great attitude and ensured me that he will get my pop-ups working correctly again. I honestly thought that it was hopeless to even try to get the pop-ups working correctly again but Nick pleasantly surprised me. The work was completed without disturbing the new PebbleTec finish. He never gave up on my pool and always seemed very happy to help with pride for his work. He treated my pool with professionalism and competence as if he was working on his own pool. I was referred to Amergency Services from my Mom since Nick is her pool guy and she was very happy with his weekly pool maintenance.
