My experience was okay. I did a walk-in. The person at the front is not customer friendly at all and no help if you are not familiar with last extensions. My technician was very nice and she seemed pretty quick. My only complaint is that I said I wanted Med/long and she pretty much suggested I start off with short/med. I should have went with my own instincts because the strips I wear normally are much more dramatic then what I left Johnny Lashes with. I had lasik a little bit over a year ago, so I went with the sensitive glue. It's been 5 days and havnt had any issues. I would go back to this location. read more

Love my girl Carli!! Super sad that she will be gone for a few, but congrats on the soon to be Babygirl. Has for my lashes she does an amazing job and I get lots of compliments. I've referred several clients here and they have confirmed how awesome she is. You will be missed Carli, but I'll see ya when you return!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Are negative stars possible??? I got volume lashes and i loved them, they looked great. HOWEVER when they came out, the literarily fell of in chunks and pulled out EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY REAL LASHES! I have absolutely zero lashes last. And from looked at what fell off, you could tell the just poured glue on my lashes. This was my first experience with eyelash extensions so I took their word on what they were saying. But now after doing further research, the fact that they tell you to never get your eyelashes wet should be the first clue that they have no idea what they are doing. I just learned that you should actually wash your lashes with lash shampoo twice a day. Otherwise it makes it a breeding ground for bacteria. Which is probably why I now have an eye infection on my eyelids. So not only are all my real eyelashes gone but I have an infection as well. And I just spent almost $200 on a serum that is supposed to help my eyelashes grow back faster! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SUED AND OUT OF BUSINESS!!! read more

I have had several different friends go here, and it all ended the same for them. After a few days all of their real lashes fell out. This place is so cheap, and I honestly have no idea how they're still open and in business. You're getting what you pay for. They put cluster lashes on and you're NOT supposed to do that. They will ruin your real lashes....Do not go here unless you want to leave with the ugliest, and cheapest lashes you can imagine having. PLEASE.....someone needs to shut this crap hole down! They're ruining people's real lashes.... read more

I had been going here for a few months, and the last two times were an utter disappointment. I usually like to contact the company themselves about my concerns and disappointments to see if it can get resolved, and if it's not I have to resort to yelp. The first few times I had gotten my lashes from here, they were great. They lasted almost three weeks before a fix, they did what I asked for, which included a short and Medium flare, with sensitive glue, water proof sealer and curled. It's all written on the stamp card in which I had been given, yet the last few times they have messed up, even though it's the same paper. The last two times, my lashes were burning when I got them on, due to the glue which was not sensitive, but I am always way to shy to say anything. I had to ask after to get it curled, and my lashes lasted three days before a section came off and it began to fall apart. I called the next day when they were open and they said they could just do it at a discounted rate, even though I had expressed my concern that my previous time I had got lashes, I was disappointed that time as well. So I went to get it fixed, when I was free too, knowing that I was going to be charged regardless. I got them fixed at the discounted rate, which was unusual because my fix is normally 18, and it's well after their policy as ended, and a lot my lashes are usually missing... And I was charged ten. I noticed small imperfections in the fix, as I always do with my lashes when I am calm and able to probably see in a Mirror in my car. The very next day after the fix another section came off, which in turn I am very upset about and don't even want to bother going back down there. Off to find a new lash place. read more

My first time getting lash extensions.. I asked for short natural lashes, I wanted my lashes to just appear fuller. 40 min later I left feeling so embarrassed!!! I hated my lashes.. They were hard, clumpy uncomfortable very cheap looking. Definitely not for me!! Came home put olive oil on them and removed them. Feel this place is more focused on quantity not quality work. I will not recommend this place to anyone I knw. Not even to my worst enemy. Lol read more

Horrible.... I wish I could put 0 but unfortunately yelp does not give me that ability. From the receptions lack of knowledge of policy to the lack quality and the blaming of that poor quality on the consumer. I have paid good money for good lashes at nail salons that don't even specialize in lashes and they have lasted longer and looked better than this place. I live in Riverside and try to help by shopping in my city but this place will not be getting my business. Sorry Johnny! Try hiring technicians with your attitude and better abilities! (The day I came in to your shop you were training a technician right next to me!) read more

Stay away from riverside location. I have been going to the rancho location for a long time and they always do a fantastic job. I recently moved and the Riverside location is closer. They are HORRIBLE! My lashes look like crap and she didn't give me what I asked for which is always the same thing she glued them to my eyelid and left glue on my eyes and did not bother to clean it. . Everyone was rough with my eyes, one girl even rubbed the remover in my eye. Burns like hell!! And when she finished she basically ripped off the tape and pulled out some of my bottom lashes. When I told her that it hurt she thought it was funny. Will never go back to the riverside location. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Riverside team is a joke! read more

Johnny's lashes now ask for you to pay before before your service. I'm sorry but why would you pay before a service is done . Laura the owner of course was the one who wanted it upfront. After I walk out I receive a call to come back they were ready for removal. I go back and after 15 mins of sitting there not being taken back I walked out again not going back used to be a nice friendly business. Now not the case Johnny is reasonable and friendly. Cant speak for his wife who is very money hungry and is driving away his clients he started with . Should just let the girls do there job the place runs smoothly otherwise. Miss Carly she was on it when she worked here read more

I went to Johnny's Lashes in Riverside the following day I called to tell them that my eyelashes were soo hard and irritating my eyes. The manager was rude I'll never go there again! read more

I do not recommend this place for a couple reasons. Just as many ladies before me have said, there is no such thing as customer service here. The girls are all very rude and kept talking about how bad they wanted to go home. I sympathize with you but that is not professional. Speak to your clients instead of each other. Also, and more importantly, I asked for a very subtle enhancement as my eyelashes are already long and full, I was more there for my friend who wanted to get them done. I came out with full blown thick stiff lashes that honestly make me feel trashy. I even reminded her a couple of times during the process to make them natural looking and to not add too many. I also asked for brown lashes so they matched better with my natural eyelash color. They are pitch black. I told them I hated them after and they offered no sentiment and seemed appalled that I didn't approve. I now need to find a place to take them off and hopefully not take my perfectly good natural lashes with the ugly fake ones. Wish me luck. Don't go here. Stick to falsies. You can take them off if you don't like them. read more

Very disappointed in my lashes.. The technician was very nice but definitely didnt know what she was doing. I made it VERY clear I wanted natural lashes and it didnt matter the price. They suggested the "PERFECT" set.. As I was getting my lashes done another customer says "I want natural lashes" and they gave her a completely different set. My eyelashes look like im hitting the club and not a business meeting. I will never go back here again. read more

I scheduled an appointment for my mom at the chino location for the riverside studio. The receptionist was super sweet and professional. When we went to the riverside studio it was unprofessional and just ran very sloppily. They charged me an extra 15% for a lash technician that did a fucked up job to say the least. Definitely unsatisfied read more

I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for exquisite or ACTUAL DECENT LOOKING LASH EXTENSIONS! I went here for the first time because of the cheaper prices, but you get what you pay for. I showed them the picture of how full I wanted them, YET they gave me strip falsies???!?!?? Looked like fake lash strips, that I could've done myself. When I removed them most of my lashes came off IN PATCHES. I had such nice lashes to work with now I rarely have any. Please take my advice. DO NOT attend Johnnys lashes as they do not know what they are talking about, and most seem unexperienced. read more

I've been going to Johnny for years for my lashes! I'm always happy with my lashes and I receive a ton of compliments! If you like a more natural look I recommend the basic C's with XS and Short mixed. And for more sensitive eyes I would recommend no sealer, sensitive glue and very light mascara. read more

Love how they came out!!!!! Soo much easier to get ready everyday!! Thank you ladies for ur work read more

I love Johnny lashes. I have been going to his shops foe 5 years now. If you get the ex mascara your lashes will last.

I'm hooked! The lashes make me feel pretty even without make up on! They are pretty busy but if you go first thing in the morning you should get in pretty quickly read more

I was getting my lashes done here for many months not realizing it was something you had to continuously do. Now that my lashes are off they are very very thin and they no longer curl. I would not recommend getting this lashes. At 45 years old I have never curled my eyelashes nor have I ever needed to! Until now! Thanks for ruining my lashes Johnny! read more

Wow, after reading the reviews I was hesitant .. And I am very hard to please .. But this place is amazing !! My lashes turned out perfect , customer service was A+ and you can't beat the prices !! Finally somewhere that is affordable with great results!! I am now a regular after one visit !! Keep up the great work girls !! read more

Cluster lashes that are glued to your eyelids!! Don't go there!! My lashes were very damaged when I had them removed.

If ZERO stars was an option, I would give that! If you want surprise lashes that are stiff and look nothing like what you ask for go to Johnny's. I just left Johnny's lashes, in tears with no lashes and still paid $50. I was chose synthetic butterfly lashes after seeing multiple sample pictures, I was told the style I chose would be whispy and more natural looking. When I was done all my lashes were stiff, clumped together and the same length, nothing like what I was told I would be getting. I expressed that I did not like them and that they looked nothing like the picture or verbal description I was given. They offered to take them off but stated I would still have to pay for the set. In tears I left, with my lashes in tact. Looking in the mirror and still upset about the outcome, I went back to have them removed. I now have no lashes and am out $50. This is extremely disheartening, I feel if a customer does not like a product and does not keep it they should not have to pay. If you go out to eat and taste your food and do not like it, you don't have to pay for it. If you get your hair colored and cry because it looks nothing like you were told and it makes you feel ugly, the hair dresser will fix it so you are happy or you don't pay. It is poor customer service to make someone pay for something they do not like and do not keep. Also, when I asked two of the employees what lashes they had because I liked the way theirs looked, they stated "these are not from here". If the employees are not getting there lashes done at their work place, it should be a red flag. In the end, I was made to pay $50, spent over 2 hours, and have no lashes and no sympathy from the business. read more

I absolutely love this place! Always happy with the way my lashes turn out. Today I decided to get Johnnys J Lashes contoured with some long and medium in between and a little bit of a flare on the outer corners of my eyes and they look amazing! The best part of it all is the price you pay for them! read more

I am very happy with the services I've received here. I appreciate that they give you 5 days to return for anything that needs to be fixed. I do wish the lashes stayed a little longer but for the price I guess it's worth it. Everyone upon all my encounters have been extremely helpful and friendly and help my experience a little better. read more

I read reviews for 2 weeks and was skeptical about this location since there weren't many reviews like the other Rancho Cucamonga location. I walked in on my lunch hour, was srated and out in 35mns. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and awesome personality. Londy with the beautiful silver hair did an awesome job on my lashes. The price was excellent and it's 2 weeks and my lashes are still looking great. read more

Johnny's Lashes - Lashes.... - Eyelash Service Near Me - Riverside, California

Do notttttt go here. Ruined my real lashes. They are rude and don't care for your preferences. I asked for help on deciding what I should get because it was my first time and all I got was some attitude and some fake looking eyelashes. When I wanted natural with some volume. The lashes fell out literally 3 days later and took my real ones with them. If you want a good eyelash extension place head to lash lab in Redlands. Individuals and pricy BUT you get what you pay for and they last longer than 3 days ;) read more

Changing my review because I went back, made an appointment with Zulmna and of course they came out amazing!! The front desk girl with the colored hair was professional this time and everyone was being very nice and professional and they were very busy. It was my fault last time for not making an appointment with someone I know who is good at what they do. If you go in as a walk in you risk getting a bad lash job! So do make an appointment with Zulmna or Marry. read more

I'm not happy with their service at all. The girl i got took over an hour to put my lashes on. I was asking her to fix a few things i wasn't happy about. Johnny's wife (supposedly) was doing lashes right next to me. She heard me talking about not liking my lashes. Instead of coming over to help, she ran and hid. I specifically told them i do not want human hair. Well guess what, i have human hair on my lids! So, i paid $ 60 and left. When i got to work i noticed one eye had several spots that were lifting and the eyes didn't match. Their policy is you can go back within 4 days for a fix. Yea, they don't really mean that. I called them & went back first thing the next morning. The girl takes me back and she didn't want to do anything about it. She said that's how they are because of the points & glue. If that's the case, then why didn't the other eye have these same issues. The other eye was seem less. I finally got her to fix them (not). The next morning there are 3 spots all along the eyelid that have lifted and unglued and 1 piece even fell off. Talk about unprofessional and terrible work. I paid $60 for lashes to last a total of 1 day. WOW stay clear of here!!! Now I'm out of town with 2 different eyes! Thanks! read more

I had the worst experience with my lash extensions here at johnnys lashes. I said I wanted a "natural" look and they gave me full on thick lashes. They straight up looked fake. A young lady by the name Tiger did my lashes. Although the receptionist and most of the ladies are quite professional, Tiger was not. She also might need a bit more practice. It took tiger more than an hour to do my lashes when it took another lady a few weeks before about 25 minutes. Tiger poked me so many times my eyes are still sore 2 days later. There is also something scratching my eyeball, not sure if its an eyelash or glue but it is very annoying. This is a cute little place that I would definitely recommend, but do not let Tiger close to your eyes. read more
