THIS IS A VENT REVIEW!! HOLD ON TO YOUR BRITCHES! OMG!! All I want right now is a honeydofriend!! Why me?! (Rhetorical) So I'm working on redecorating a couple of rooms in my home, and I wanted to fresh install 2 ceiling fans and one swap out. Simple enough you'd think, correct? Not for me, not in this day and age (rolling my eyes). I called around for a few quotes, and my usual electrician's quote, was insane, I thought (although he's excellent and covers his work, and Anything he touches regardless if it allegedly is a manufacturers defect), so I chose for $50 less these Jokers!! The old adage you get what you paid for, unfortunately, is always true for me!! I spoke with the owner (not verified, dammit I didn't verify anyone's license either!! Oh but ya best believe I'm on it now) and described what I needed done. He advised me to send him a text with my name, phone number and address (that should have been my first sign, dude CALLER ID displays my name and number!!), but I complied. He indicated that he would be sending one of his guys over to give me an estimate, (sign no. 2, everyone else is swamped, but not these guys lol j/k, also the guy who came to give the quote was ready to install immediately). They quoted me $650 (my electrician wanted $700, I might've told their receptionist that, hence the price, I KNOW, I KNOW, SHUT UP!!) As of late, to me, contractors of the male persuasion have been the true epitome of hemorrhoids!! I'm not one to usually generalize, but Damn, if it looks like a turd, and smells like a turd, then a turd it is ( unless you're being Punk'd and it's a candybar, lol). Anyway, I digress, ( ADHD, must focus, lol) the guy they sent said he was a subcontractor for this guy. (not the smartest thing I did, but he would have never left my home alive, lmao and it would have been all video'd, in 4K!! I wasn't concerned for my safety at all!!) He installed the fans fairly quickly, but there were issues with the 1st install immediately, which he said he would correct (another indication of possible installer error, or as they say in contractor school, "Always, Always Blame the Manufacturer, LMAO), he corrected and I although, I tested the fans, (I should have left them all on high circulation) I didn't put any of them on high for a long period of time. Also, one of my pet peeves is people without good home training. If you're a contractor, or are being paid for a job that requires you to make a mess, you don't put things where they were previously and you don't use all the parts or finalize the job. For example, if you are requested to install a ceiling fan, brand new out of the box with a remote control and you were paid a GRIP for said job, then you should clean up the mess you created, use and place all parts where indicated and take the trash with you. ( I'm thinking that was the $50 discount, rolling my eyes) Anyway, very looong story, short. The same fan as the installer, (in my opinion) fudged was also making loud rattling sounds, when on high. I immediately texted Jim/John/Joe?? the installer and didn't get a response, I again texted him this morning and also didn't get a response. I proceeded to text Joe the owner, and not only did he respond, but you would never guess what he said, " It's a manufacturing defect, and you have to get with them about it". LMAO ROFL I have to laugh to keep from crying. Anyway, Surprisingly, NOT!! he said, "that I had to pay for the reinstall". I'm thinking to myself, this fool is on a lethal combination of meth/crack. Why is it that some men (Some not All, I have/had amazing men in my life Dad, son, friends and brother), treat women as clueless? I don't have the patience to deal with condescending, indignant, disrespectful, rude and demeaning people! Folks avoid this company at all costs!! They don't know the meaning of accountability and respect, there's plenty of other businesses that deserve your money!!

Pay no attention to the bushes. Just the rocks and landscaping.

Andrew helped us with our master bathroom remodel in 2013 and I could not be happier with the results. He and his team were always at our house bright and early, and worked all day. They took extra care to make sure all dust and renovation materials were confined to the bathroom area, laying mats down on the carpets each day upon their arrival, and installing a plastic zip door to the bathroom entry. We never say a speck of dust in any other area of the house. Andrew prides himself on assuring proper sealant on tiled showers, and spent several days laying layer upon layer of sealant before adding the tile to our new shower. We haven't had a single problem since, and I am confident that we never will. He also took extra care to ensure a small, practically unnoticeable incline on the shower flooring to assure all the water drained consistently well. This has help up maintain the quality of the tile we chose, and not caused us any issues with our grout. We did have a small issue with our frameless glass door shifting due to the change in season several months after the renovation was completed, but Andrew organized to have it corrected the same week we called him, and at no charge to us. Andrew always took extra time to meet with us to select tile, granite, etc., offer suggestions and opinions, and kept the project on track. I was highly impressed with the quality of his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a remodel job, be it small or large.

I found PTR by an online search for a company to come and do a shower pan and floor repair in a…read morebathroom that had water damage. Right now, it's tough trying to find a contractor to do work, much less good work. I was pleased and satisfied with the whole process. The owner came and made the estimate on the promised day at the promised time, they then gave me an honest price that fell in my range of estimates. I opted for new fixtures and tile resurfacing in the shower, as well. On the day the job was supposed to begin, they showed up in the morning and worked diligently for the next several days, completing the job in the timeframe they gave. Overall the experience was great. On top of that, the work was excellent. The shower looks brand new, my floor is modern and nice, and everything is symmetrical and color matched to provide a perfect aesthetic. Jeff and his team took the time and did it right. They kept in touch and never had a problem with keeping me in the loop. I'd recommend to anyone based on this experience and I'll use them with my next bathroom or tile remodel, for sure.

Absolutely disappointed in results and customer service. The website states that the owner does the…read morework himself and guarantees satisfaction.... not true at all. Two employees came to do the initial job and there were several areas that needed to be fixed. The owner came to do the repairs but ended up painting the shower floor the wrong color and not repairing areas specifically discussed. Another visit, new paint on the floor again, a couple more repairs... each time an area was repainted it left crackle marks and is very obvious. Within a week the newest layer of paint began to peel up... after yet another repaint (all this time I had expressed concern that the lower portions didn't seem to have been well covered and perhaps just a total re-do would be best) I gave up on trying to get satisfactory results. It also took repeated attempts to get the owner to contact me back every single time and even then he was clearly annoyed by me. None of these issues were caused by anything we did so I didn't understand why I was made to feel otherwise. Total waste of money... the floor doesn't come clean and you can see areas of the old blue color still and areas of exposed old grout. There were dings left in our freshly painted walls and areas can be seen on our brand new tile floor where something was dripped and ruined the glaze on the tile. Total waste of money- 100% unhappy.
