The personnel are respectful and seem to run an ethical business. I would highly recommend ELITE CLEANERS in the Harker Heights area. I have experienced poor ethics and lack of professionalism from other cleaners in the area, such as handwritten dry cleaning slips and no pricing provided from HEIGHTS CLEANERS.

I recently had an issue with a high quality suit that I had dry cleaned with them, although it was a frustrating experience, the owner was very professional and she worked with me to resolve the issue. Just make sure you know what material of suit you take to them, as higher end stuff can be iffy. I would recommend this place for their customer service and will keep using them for my alterations and uniform dry cleanings.

From the very first phone call, they were quick to respond and so accommodating when our moving company's schedule changed. They adjusted without hesitation and still managed to come out for a walkthrough and provide us with a quote right away. On cleaning day, the team was professional, kind, and hardworking. We were there for a few hours doing some touch-up painting, and they never once made us feel in the way--they were so friendly the entire time. They worked tirelessly, and the results honestly blew us away. I never thought our stove or stovetop would look new again, but they somehow made it spotless. Every detail of the house was cared for, and it truly felt move-in ready for the new occupants. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and thorough cleaning company, I can't recommend Ruth & Naomi Co. LLC enough. They exceeded every expectation! Well worth the money. If we were not moving away from Temple, we would use them again, and again, and again.

I would have given them an average/3 had it not been for their responses over text. Similarly, I had told them ahead of time I would be waiting to pay the electronic bill until after the day of the service. They also sent the invoice for incorrect charges twice before the correct one. So for me the end of my work day is 7pm - however, today after the service was completed they responded that the bill would be due at 5pm (and this had never been communicated before). I always check the service before paying so would not have agreed to that stipulation. This part is all business logistics things though and I'm sure something that could be easily fixed and not a deterrent for future customers.

I only wanted my dress hemmed 2 inches above my knee. That did not happen. I paid $40 for this. This is what I get for not having my mother alter it. Lesson learned. I was exactly one week late to pick up my dry cleaning. on Tuesday, I did go to pick up my two pairs of slacks. The lady who did not take my order had helped me. She entered my phone number and became upset. Asking out loudly, "Why is her [me] stuff in the employees rack, labeled me!?" The older woman who took my information appeared to have claimed my items, just after 7 days. I was so disgusted to learn that a small mom and pop business would attempt to pull something so petty and tacky on a loyal customer. I do not recommend Valet Cleaners. Employees should not covet your goods and orchestrate the stealing of your clothing. Shameful and tacky, the woman who intended to steal my things, could not look any of us in the eye. Hate to say it but it seems everyone there understood what she was trying to finagle. THUMBS DOWN, THEIF!!!

A little pricier than I'm accustomed to paying, but I haven't used a laundromat in years, so I have to account for that. The interior is very clean, and an attendant made rounds all evening, taking out trash and cleaning surfaces and appliances. The washers we used come in two sizes, currently priced at $2 and $6 for 25 minutes. I didn't pay attention to what my husband paid for the dryers but it was somewhat cheaper considering the size and intense heat. Two things: The sign on the tellie stating we always appreciate five star reviews on Google/Yelp... Have an issue, let it's fix it. Negative reviews don't let us fix it. --This weirds me out because business owners have searched for me in the past because of reviews. I appreciate the drive to fix issues, but this just doesn't make me comfortable. Also (this is not the laundromat's fault), there are some WEIRD people here: one car was backed into a space where two people sat and appeared to be drinking as if they were at home. Another man had his nasty bare feet propped out the driver's side window of his car. --I get that waiting is boring but for the love of everything good in this world, put on some shoes and lay down the booze. We're in a public space, and grown adults should just know better. Disgusting. Anyway, minus those two issues, it wasn't horrible. Just very strange. 4.5/5
