Dropped off 3 dresses to be altered in Temple. The lady met me there at the store and took measurements on a Wednesday. They shipped my 3 dresses to the Belton store on the next Thursday and contacted me via text. I picked up the dressed, brought them home and they all fit. The lady did a fabulous job on the alterations. The store even said that if they did not fit, I could bring them in the next day--I did not have to do this. Some alterations done in a pinch and I called probably 25 different places throughout the Austin area and I decided to call around two places in Killeen since per capita there are probably more alteration shops due to the military base. No one wanted to help me out anywhere that I called until I called this place and they allowed me to bring my item in and did exceptional work. They didn't overcharge me for the work, and they were very fast with work. I then came back and brought more items to them to get work done and they worked very fast. I will continue to come back here because this is exactly what good customer service and an excellent alteration shop / dry cleaning shop is about.
