Today I decided to do it myself the attendant has a wonderful spirit and so helpful to me about how to run the machines. They have coin changers to convert bills into dollar coins that work the washers. Dryers are .25 cents for 6 minutes, the have washers from 8.75 to 3.25 Place is very clean and neat. Highly recommend this establishment for all your needs when it comes to laundry.

I've been in the hospital for two months with a shattered C3 and C4 and a I'm not able to move that much at all. I needed clothes washed because I've been in the hospital so long, and I couldn't afford to keep buying them from Walmart. Jim and Julie don't have a drop off service but they did it just especially for me. They picked up my laundry and then returned it the next day in person the two of them! And while they were here, they prayed for me for my surgery, and it was a wonderful prayer and It was a prayer That I know that went straight to the ears of God. It's a few minutes from my office so I drove down 31st and found it tucked away behind the Valero Gas Station, it's not easy to find and you could easily miss it. Lots of Debbie Downers: - It was very dirty. Someone spilled bleach on the floor and no one cleaned it up. - There is no attendant available to help with anything - - questions, change, or keeping the place clean. They are working next door in the gas station. - Door connecting this place to the gas station is locked (WTF?) so you have to walk outside and around the building to the front entrance of the gas station to get anything - - bathroom, water, stuff. It's 98 degrees (outside, not the f*kin' boy band mind you) so that's a DDD (Double Debbie Downer) in my book. - There's no sink or running water here - - WTF? - Tables to fold clothes - - dusty and dirty. - Washing Machines are unclear and not as intuitive (digital readouts). Can't tell which machine is bigger (5 loads or more). You have to read the machine's instructions closely or compare model #'s to see which machine is bigger - - I shouldn't have to spend extra time having to figure it out when a sign stating "5 LOADS" and "3 LOADS" is good enough. - I (think) I used the 3 Load washer, and there's only 1 digital readout, and it only says the # of coins you need to add, and after you put in your $ it doesn't give you a countdown timer - - so you don't know how much time is left w/ your load. You have to guess - - yay! - Bathroom in the gas station was horrid - - it reeked of urine, I nearly fainted. Only bright side: - the dryers here seemed to be up to date and worked well, intuitive digital readout displays. Overall there seems to be a lack of care and cleanliness here. No TV, no wi-fi, and it's like a run down and dirty laundry mat with a bunch of hand written signs posted where the main themes are "DON'T DO THIS" or "DON'T DO THAT" - - like DON'T SMOKE and "NO PETS" and "CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF CUZ WE ARE WATCHING YOUR ASSES AND WE WILL PROSECUTE!!!" - -quite punitive in nature. So trust me - - only go here if you desperately need to do your laundry and it's the only place remotely available - - that's how I got here, but never again. I'll make sure to plan ahead next time.

Dropped off 3 dresses to be altered in Temple. The lady met me there at the store and took measurements on a Wednesday. They shipped my 3 dresses to the Belton store on the next Thursday and contacted me via text. I picked up the dressed, brought them home and they all fit. The lady did a fabulous job on the alterations. The store even said that if they did not fit, I could bring them in the next day--I did not have to do this. I really want to thank the store and the employees for doing a great job on all my items. I will definitely use you again. The prices were great to for all what was done. Thanks again so much.

Some alterations done in a pinch and I called probably 25 different places throughout the Austin area and I decided to call around two places in Killeen since per capita there are probably more alteration shops due to the military base. No one wanted to help me out anywhere that I called until I called this place and they allowed me to bring my item in and did exceptional work. They didn't overcharge me for the work, and they were very fast with work. I then came back and brought more items to them to get work done and they worked very fast. I will continue to come back here because this is exactly what good customer service and an excellent alteration shop / dry cleaning shop is about.
