I found Dr. Degraff because the dental conglomerate my insurance company uses told me I needed a…read morevery "difficult" filling and I needed "deep cleanings" due to gum disease. They referred me to a specialist who did not accept my insurance and who wanted to charge me $250.00 just for a second opinion!! Dr. Degraff is "old school" caring, honest and professional. He explains what he's doing and why. He did the filling with no problem and did a thorough check and said I did NOT HAVE gum disease. It's been over a year and the filling he did is just fine. He does NOT push special treatments and his staff is friendly and competent. He does not take my insurance, however he does have very reasonable "new patient" fees. It's worth it to have peace of mind.

She was very unfriendly and kept choking me with water and shoving the cleaning tools around my mouth during cleaning. She rushed through the process and explained nothing to me. At the end of the cleaning she threw toothbrushes at me then walked out. This evil should not be dealing with patients. With that attitude she should be working at McDonalds. Do better Dr. Blanks and hire a true professional. I wont be coming back to this hell hole.

They will not tell you that they added things to your procedure. Example: You'll go in for a cleaning. That's it!! Nothing else requested. They won't ask you. Would you like x-rays and a full exam? Would you like to have a protectant put on your teeth. Instead, they do it. They don't communicate except for when the bill comes due. And they want payment that immediately. They won't bill you. BTW: I have great insurance. It is normal to bill. They want CASH!! NO KIDDING!!! Shady!!! Oh! and the woman that does the cleaning. She barely speaks!!!
