Doc Wells worked some magic and wrote a script for an antibiotic. Hoping that does the trick. But everyone I came in contact with in their office was GREAT! (Drat, didn't hit "Post", so posting this now Well, the above never posted. Anyway, today 10/24/23 went in for a cleaning. Waited a whole 4 minutes and was called back. Cate was fantastic and educational. In & out in no time. I highly recommend DeBary Dentistry! 12/12/23 Had to have an old filling (put in by Moses) replaced. Doc Wells made it absolutely painless! He and his team are fantastic! 03/04/25 previous dates didn't post for some reason.Today just a cleaning, but from the moment I walked in until I left, everything was as smooth as silk. My tech knows her stuff and explains everything she's doing and why. Doc Wells came in and checked everything out, shows great interest and pleasant to do business with.

Came early, waited about 15 minutes with them past their appointment time, to watch one of the staff put a piece of paper in the door to jam it open while they walked out and talked to somebody outside (are you going to wash your hands or gloves once you come back in?), anyone at the front desk talking to the employee at the desk might as well just share their information with the entire waiting room with as loud as they are talking, don't worry about HIPAA compliances or anything - The last straw was when it was finally time to be called, The person I was with told me that they generally have chairs in the back in case you have a child or something with you.. I got up to walk with them and the hygienist quickly and intentionally closed the door in front of me, To which I had to race over and open the door as I was walking as well, we were both met with a bit of confusion and she just said bluntly "I don't have any room back here for you." Wasn't nice about it. Didn't really care when she said it. Absolutely rubbed me the wrong way, and once the necessary procedure is completed, I'll be sure to not return or anyone that's affiliated with me. Too many red flags here besides the constant push for upselling that I've already heard so much about with previous visits as it stands. You guys got to do better, and work on your customer service, seriously.

Talk about a wonderful experience. The very best dental practice I've every been to. As a new patient they give you a gift, they give you a complete tour of the facility and meet everyone. You are treated like a real person; they make you feel welcome and appreciate you being there. I can't even begin to say how great they are.

Unfortunately, I will end my relations with this dentist. The healthcare industry has become a bunch of gangsters, all about milking the little guy.

She greeted me as with the same warmth. The hygientis took excellent call of me. My mouth wasn't in pain or bleeding. She had an amazing bedside manner. The assistant helped me walk through the process of addressing my sleep apnea. I knew I had it ,but I am super stubborn and frugal. She cared and was patient with me. Gave me space and asked questions so I could come to self-realization that I needed to address my sleep apnea. I am able to get a mouthpiece, which addressed my concern of lugging a cpap Darth Vader mask around. My family travels to lake mary but will be making a switch to this place.

Michelle runs the office like a well oiled machine. She's very responsive to phone calls & emails. She recently helped me resolve an issue I had with a crown. I'm very happy the office is replacing a crown warranty @ 100%. Jodi is Dr. Voltarel's right hand woman & always has you laughing. She's also very knowledgeable. The dental hygienist is very thorough & does an excellent job. Carmen & the rest of the staff are always smiling.
