Beautiful office and very friendly staff. I've been going there for a few years and highly recommend.

A friend went there and said that they could not be friendlier and Dr Rae did a great job repairing his tooth. And now is his new dentist.

I don't like the dentist... usually. All that is changing. Cape Vista is phenomenal on so many…read morelevels! * Easy to schedule without waiting 4 months * They answer the phone! Hence being able to schedule * They don't hard sell things like electric toothbrushes (No, I don't want your $200 toothbrush, Precision Smiles!) * They don't charge for services that weren't actually performed (I'm looking at you, Aspen Dental ) * They work with your insurance to ensure appointments and services are covered * I actually feel comfortable and at ease with the deep cleanings and dental work that used to terrify me. For the first time in a long time, I didn't have a panic attack and start crying before a procedure. So that was awesome! Due in large part to Dorothy, the best hygienist I've ever been too! She's not only gentle, but so forth coming and honest with what's going on and what's needed. Thankfully, she can also carry a conversation alone! Lol! My dentist was awesome too, but I can't quite recall her name... maybe Dr. Sun? Most comfortable I've ever been during a filling! Feels weird that I'm actually looking forward to going back for my next checkup, lol!

I deliberately sought out this practice specifically to continue care with my former dentist, Dr…read more Tubio, whom I have trusted for years and is truly the best dentist I've ever had. I was not looking for a new dental office or a new provider. I was trying to maintain continuity of care with a clinician I already knew and valued. I am deeply disappointed that I am no longer able to continue care with her because of the way this clinic operates. The online intake process required completion of multiple mandatory questions that were not related to dental care or medical history. These included requests for my social media handle (with the stated purpose of tagging patients online), questions about hobbies and personal life experiences, and whether I wanted the office to pray for me. These questions were not *optional* and had to be completed in order to proceed. In my view, this type of intake process is inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Requiring patients to provide social media information for public tagging and including religious or prayer-based questions as mandatory intake items crosses professional boundaries and raises serious concerns regarding patient privacy, consent, and professional neutrality in a healthcare environment. Patients should not be required to provide personal, social, or religious information unrelated to their care in order to access dental treatment. Because of this experience, I chose not to proceed with care and canceled my appointment. Intake practices of this nature may warrant review by appropriate oversight or professional regulatory bodies to ensure they align with expected standards of patient privacy and healthcare professionalism. Based on this experience alone, I would encourage other patients to carefully consider whether this practice's approach to intake, privacy, and boundaries aligns with their expectations before scheduling.

Nobody could find the problem, I went to Dr Shah and he found the problem in a minute and corrected the problem. Another dentist said I needed a root canal because of a crack in my filing, Dr Shah just replaced the filing for a fraction of the cost, said a root canal was not needed. I highly recommended him.

My appointment was for 9AM, but waited 45 minutes because the doctors wife who took my appointment, completely messed everything up and caused mass confusion. I was the only one in the waiting room FYI. The elderly receptionist takes personal calls before attending to the ONLY client in the building. The assistant was coming in and out of the waiting room screaming absurdities on her phone and FaceTiming friends. Aside from the horrific service, the place is dirty and not well kept. It is dated and if my insurance was not expiring the next day due to my Covid lay off, I would have left on spot. Didn't have to thought.... because once the "doctor" sat me down in the chair, put a bib on me and legitimately started scrapping my teeth...... had the unprofessional AUDACITY to tell me he was not giving me a cleaning unless I pay out of pocket for X-rays. I could have had them sent but his uneducated wife did not tell or request that of me 4 days prior. Now my insurance is expired and I have no cleaning.
