The lady that greeted us at the front desk also took my son back and prepped him to see the physician. She was also communicating with another assistant to make sure that everything was prepped correctly. The teamwork and the clear communication they had with each other was amazing. I had a feeling they were short-staffed, not because they looked stressed, but because there were not a lot of patients in the office. When the doctor came in, he was just as nice, and he explained everything in terms I could understand. The 3 of them worked together so smoothly. One of the ladies even walked out to get lunch for her and her coworker. The only way I knew this was because the doctor asked the assistant if she had eaten lunch yet and wanted to make sure his team had something to eat. After all, they were the only two there that day. Even though they were short-staffed, they made my son feel comfortable and relaxed. They laughed with him and gave him a T-shirt that said, "I survived a root canal" This office, hands down, was terrific. With everything and everyone stretched thin because of Covid, this office didn't even show any deficiencies in their workflow.

She greeted me as with the same warmth. The hygientis took excellent call of me. My mouth wasn't in pain or bleeding. She had an amazing bedside manner. The assistant helped me walk through the process of addressing my sleep apnea. I knew I had it ,but I am super stubborn and frugal. She cared and was patient with me. Gave me space and asked questions so I could come to self-realization that I needed to address my sleep apnea. I am able to get a mouthpiece, which addressed my concern of lugging a cpap Darth Vader mask around. My family travels to lake mary but will be making a switch to this place.
