She "tested" my alternator and said it came back good, all while swearing up and down to another gentleman that the wrong part she was showing him was the right one. When we came to the store in Oceanside, we were the only ones in there and both the young man (with a "got sand?" tattoo) and Donna immediately came to help us. They tested my battery within a minute and guess what? My alternator is indeed dead. The whole time they were in there, they went above and beyond to help us and were super friendly the whole entire time!

When it comes to do-it-yourself products I can rely on the staff here to give me tips. Today I can here looking for new windshield wipers for my car and the staff taught me how to install them correctly. Way cheaper than getting it done at the dealership. They also have a wide variety of car fresheners in many scents and I like coming here to try different scents. I also got gallon size windshield fluid that are quite cheap when compared to other stores. Overall a good shopping experience. Just had to wait awhile for a staff member to show me how to install my new wipers. Located in the same plaza as Target and Winco. Plenty of parking in front of this AutoZone store.

They will refuse to do their jobs, they will attack you, and they will make fun of you for letting them know that you have disabilities and require accommodation. These women are disgusting in how they treat AutoZone loyal customers with disabilities. Now that I'm complaining about them publicly, Maria R has taken it upon herself to continue to harass me and disrespect me further here on yelp. Proving me right, that she should not be working there anymore or she requires serious overhaul training on how she is to treat ALL AutoZone loyal customers and especially their disabled loyal customers. I know I'm not the only one. Tell your story and reach out to me privately. Now I fear for my safety and the safety of my property, because these unstable women have access to my personal and private information. I generally shop at the orange parts store, but have dropped by NAPA about 4 times since moving to the surrounding neighborhood. The staff lacks customer service skills. They seem to have something bothering them every time i've dropped in for a part - Maybe they dont like their job? Their POS seems to have issues often, its completely outdated from the 80s. Employees seem to get frustrated about it as much as customers trying to pay (it takes a while for them to enter information before taking paymen).. The shelves are stocked but not fully - call ahead to see if the part is available. Phone hold time is generally 5-10 minutes. Its the largest NAPA ive been to so I assume by the size of their warehouse in the back, the lack of product inventory, and less than satisfactory customer service, that they are very profitable and make their money on b2b sales. I'll continue to drop by, but only if im in a bind. Lack of inventory, phone wait time and outdated POS wouldn't be an issue if they balanced it off with excellent customer service.

If I have any questions, someone is always more than happy to help me and get me what I need as fast as possible if it's not in stock. You can pull up and have any codes checked that are showing up on your vehicle as well. The parking lot is a whole other story. It's bad. Luckily, AutoZone is on the end, so it's a bit easier to get in and out of. Oh! Make sure to always enter your rewards number because the points add up, and who doesn't like free stuff?!

You will not know to ask if they offer one as part of the process. I made an appointment on line, expected to have two tires done on the front of the car in one hour to two tops, not an unreasonable amount of time. They took off all four tires, checked the fluids, windshield wipers, filters, and came up with a grocery list of things that needed repaired or replaced and expected me to approve it. When I told them that I did not request this inspection, they told me that it was company policy. When I refused to have them fix any of the items, my vehicle was stranded on the lift destined to be there longer while they found time to put it back together. appointment was for 9:30am one other car getting an oil change. Finally completed and drove off of the property at 2:15 pm.
