Great price From the…read moremoment I contacted B&C Auto Repair, I was treated with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and respect. My first conversation was actually with Corey's mother, who was answering the phones at the time. She made me feel like I was talking to family. During our conversation, she shared that B&C Auto Repair has been serving customers for three generations and that her son, Corey, now proudly carries on that legacy. After speaking with Corey, it became immediately clear where he learned his exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. In today's world, that level of personal attention is rare. I brought my 2024 Ford F-250 Lariat Ultimate to B&C for suspension work, engine upgrades, and several aftermarket modifications, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians, Matt and Stephen, were just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as Corey. Even while they were busy working on my truck, they took the time to explain the work being performed, answer my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. That kind of customer service and transparency is hard to find. What impressed me even more was what happened after the work was completed. Corey stood behind everything they had done. If there was anything that needed to be adjusted or fine-tuned, he didn't hesitate to make it right. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction speaks volumes about the character of this business. The team at B&C Auto Repair is worth every penny. You're not just paying for parts and labor; you're investing in decades of experience, expert craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about delivering the highest quality work. Whether you're looking for aftermarket suspension systems, diesel performance upgrades, maintenance, or a complete custom truck build, this is the shop you want working on your vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to B&C Auto Repair for all of my future diesel, suspension, and performance needs. If you're looking for honest people, exceptional workmanship, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend B&C Auto Repair. You won't be disappointed.

I was told I needed full break pad and rotor replacement on all 4 brakes at different "highly rated" Poway shop; I was quoted $1100 for this. When I took my car in, they were honest, told me I still had 50% of my front brake pads left and only need to replace my back ones for a literal fraction of the cost. I'll be back for all future car things, including oil changes!

I cannot say enough good things about Jesse and his team at A 1 Vista Auto Repair in Vista. As a…read moremilitary widow and single mom, finding an honest, dependable mechanic is not just a convenience -- it's a necessity. Jesse is one of those rare professionals who operate with complete integrity. Jesse has never tried to upsell me, pressure me, or recommend unnecessary work. He takes the time to explain my options clearly and always gives sound, practical advice so I can make informed decisions. Knowing that my car -- and my budget -- are being handled with honesty gives me incredible peace of mind, especially without a husband here to help navigate these things. That trust means the world to me. His daughter Sonya, who works at the shop, is equally wonderful -- professional, kind, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Together, they run a business that genuinely cares about people, not just cars. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust completely -- especially if you're a woman, a single parent, or part of the military community -- A 1 Vista Auto Repair is the place to go. Jesse has earned my loyalty for life, and I recommend him without hesitation.

They're thorough, honest and reasonable. I recently took my car in and described 2 issues I was having. Allen told me to go to the parts store, told me what to get and how to take care of it myself. Then he smiled and said, "I'll give you the easy ones...if it doesn't work bring it back." That cost me less than $20. AWESOME! Just yesterday I started hearing a noise in the front end. Kien knew exactly what it was and in a couple hours time it was taken care of and a lot less than I was anticipating. I guess it must have been going on for a while before I heard anything because not only is the noise gone but it's driving A LOT better than it has for the last couple of months. Thanks again!
