I went here as it is triple A approved for services. Lobby::: Decent size, nothing major, there's AC & seats while you wait. Location:::If you don't like waiting there's a restaurant in the same parking lot & a few stores on the corner. I didn't go to any though Service:::Upfront about wait time, professional Price::: labor is 125an hour & I was there for three but only charged for two which I appreciated (I also saw that they weren't "working" on my car for a full three hours so I appreciate the honesty). If you have AAA you get 10% off (at any approved shop). I don't like that I wasn't given a regular price and then shown a discount price so there's no way of determining if I actually paid more than I was suppose to. Overall I'd go back for something basic & direct. I only got what I knew was wrong for sure fixed here. I didn't get brakes done because they were 460 for front & back ( the parts are 50 at auto-zone so I had my uncle do them). I've never paid that much for brakes. I was also told I needed a new filter but had bought one four weeks prior. When I got my oil change (different place) they showed me my filter was still good. read more

I called for a quote on getting a timing belt replacement service for my 1995 Honda Civic DX car since I am currently a customer of S & R Service Center and the owner/mechanic, (Nico Bosi) quoted me the price of $750.00 to do the full installation on the timing belt replacement kit. I wanted to compare the quote of Emerald Auto Service Center and S & R Service Center's estimate. I spoke to Hector this service writer he quoted me the price of $635.00 for the timing belt replacement. Emerald Auto Service Center's quote is much lower because it is just the timing belt replacement not the complete installation of the timing belt replacement kit with the factory brand parts that includes (timing belt, water pump, tensioner and pulley, idler pulley, coolant and flush). These parts should be installed at the same time for safety reasons. I believe it is a reasonable quote of $750.00 this quote is if a customer pays in cash. If a customer pays for the full timing belt installation replacement and pays with their credit card, it will cost the customer more money. The timing belt replacement is supposed to be done at the 70,000 or 90,000 mile service. Hector told me since my car is (24 years old) and even though my car has low mileage (41,000) it is a wear and tear issue. I didn't set up an appointment to take my car to be serviced at Emerald Auto Service Center for a timing belt replacement service due to it isn't required yet. read more

Awesome prices, great honest customer service and reliable technicians. I took my car in for a brake check they told me that if I didn't need the service today there would be no charge for the inspection and that I was at a 4 and had about a month in a half until I needed them done. With this said the dealership said I was at a 1 and also needed rotors on a 1.5 year old car. They quoted more the 1/2 the price shaved down my rotors and replaced the brake pads and bled the brake for a quarter of the price and was really direct with the time expectation that I should have.
