    Good place if you're in a rush and can't find the part elsewhere (there are 2 other parts stores…read morewithin 2 miles). I generally shop at the orange parts store, but have dropped by NAPA about 4 times since moving to the surrounding neighborhood. The staff lacks customer service skills. They seem to have something bothering them every time i've dropped in for a part - Maybe they dont like their job? Their POS seems to have issues often, its completely outdated from the 80s. Employees seem to get frustrated about it as much as customers trying to pay (it takes a while for them to enter information before taking paymen).. The shelves are stocked but not fully - call ahead to see if the part is available. Phone hold time is generally 5-10 minutes. Its the largest NAPA ive been to so I assume by the size of their warehouse in the back, the lack of product inventory, and less than satisfactory customer service, that they are very profitable and make their money on b2b sales. I'll continue to drop by, but only if im in a bind. Lack of inventory, phone wait time and outdated POS wouldn't be an issue if they balanced it off with excellent customer service.

I went in and was helped by Jay, he was very knowledgeable and helped me out very quickly. He was very friendly and even helped me figure out how to change it based on the model of my car. I will only go back to this store for all my auto needs now that I know that it is so close and the customer service is great. Thanks again Jay!!

    Pure Turbo Not a…read morecompany I would recommend anyone to do business with. In summer of 2024 I had the dreaded ceramic wheel turbo failure in my 2019 Ferrari 488. The exhaust wheel on the passenger side shattered into pieces which is quite common on these cars. I brought the car to a local shop that specializes in exotic cars. We discussed options and landed on Pure Turbo's Pure 800 turbo upgrades. Both turbos were removed from the car and sent off to be rebuilt and upgraded wheels installed. Once the turbo's came back from Pure they were installed back into the car along with aftermarket catless downpipes and a mild tune so we wouldn't have a check engine light for downstream O2 sensors. The car was then ran on the dyno to confirm air/ fuel mixture and ensure timing tables were conservative. The goal was to make the car reliable. Fast forward to spring of 2025 the car is finally done and I collect it and bring it home. Unfortunately I was working out of town and had very little time to drive it over the spring and summer only taking it on a few short drives. On one of these short drives in August suddenly the car started smoking excessively, I pulled over as soon as it was safe to do so (maybe 30 seconds to get to a safe area to stop) and had the car towed back to the shop. They pulled the car back apart and found that the driver side turbo had completely failed. The cartridge/ bearing assembly had fallen apart, both the exhaust and intake wheels were damaged, oil filled the intake piping, intercooler, exhaust system, muffler, etc. The turbo was sent back to Pure as it only had very limited driving time. After receiving it they determined it was faulty and rebuilt it again at no cost. After several hours of cleaning oil out of various components the turbo was installed once again and the car put back on the dyno to confirm everything was still working correctly. After a few minutes of running the car on the dyno a sound that resembled engine knock was noticed. The car was shut off immediately and the oil was drained. An oil sample was taken and sent to Blackstone for analysis and confirmed bearing material in the oil. Pure turbo refuses to take any responsibility despite their product's failure directly causing damage to my car's engine. I have spent months corresponding back and forth with them via email in hopes they would offer some sort of reasonable compensation but they are flat out denying any responsibility. Just a warning to anyone out there who is considering doing business with Pure save yourself a lot of grief and use a company that stands behind their products.
