Update- Things are really starting to go downhill with the lease of my RDX. Apparently the DMV says there is no record of a plate being ordered and now I'm at a loss because I can't get any answers to when or if I will have a plate soon. The temp tag I was given at dealership has expired and I have had to pay to get a 30 day extension.....I'm not happy at all! Why lease or buy a car here if it's going to come with this kind of headache. Our sales guy Roman has tried to help as much as possible but it seems that someone is dropping the ball after the sale.

Oil Leak

Dear John Eagle Acura, In response to my last review, as a consumer we strive for transparency and fairness as well. While being as accurate as possible with describing a vehicles condition to a customer, this should have been included to the other family regardless of where the vehicle was in the selling process. This Jeep Wrangler is NOT hard to get under to examine these issues. Those with less experience in purchasing vehicles may not have the knowledge, however, we should be able to rely on the dealer with providing as that say, "We strive for transparency and fairness in all our dealings.." & "Our aim is to be as accurate as possible when describing a vehicle's condition to potential customers." I, as well as my family have personally made up our minds how we feel about this place. No phone call will fix that. The best possible thing you can do as a business is to be HONEST and contact the family that purchased the 2017 Jeep Wrangler. If transparency, accuracy and fairness is the name of your game, then I see you having no issue doing this.

Could not be more dissatified with my purchase. I was rushed into signing and this establishment was soley focused on the sale, not the costomer getting a fair deal. That was never considered. Tried to coherse me into a near 10% loan when we have impeccable credit. I didn't need them to finance me at all. I should have walked away right then , and threatened to, but they found a less terrible rate around 8%. Car supposedly had a detailed pre owned inspection but we have SEVERAL check engine lights every couple of days. Braking system and emmision system failures. I brought it in but the service team said they could not pull any codes. Sales team threw in a $3500 charge on my loan which covers basically nothing after reading the fine print. (appearance package) It was never mentioned. I did not have a chance to decline this package. IT WAS ADDED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! My lawyer is already working on this matter. This was my fourth purchase at this exact location. Fourth car and last car. Congrats, you have successful screwed over a long time customer. Update: I spoke to the sales manager "Josh" who in his professional way explained that the additional $3500 added to my loan had our initials next to it. These crooks can put anything in the contract, not explain it to you and still somehow sleep at night. That might be good enough for you Josh but the rest of us find this highly decietful. Josh told be my salesman would contact me to help me figure out some of the bells and whistle on the car. As you can guess, salesman Harvey hasn't and I suspect necer will call back. Why would he? He already received his commission. What its all about.

I towed the car to a different mechanic who was honest and competent. He fixed the entire issue for less than $500. ​This shop isn't just expensive; they are dishonest predators looking to scam people who don't know better. If they give you a massive quote and offer to buy your car. This shop is incredibly dishonest. I brought my car in for what turned out to be a standard repair, but they tried to convince me the engine was totally destroyed. They claimed the car was "unfixable" and aggressively tried to pressure me into selling it to them for scrap value right then and there. ​It was all a lie. I took it to another mechanic who fixed it easily. They realized I had a valuable car (B58 platform) and tried to trick me into handing it over by lying about the condition of the engine. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion, I would have been scammed out of my vehicle. Do not trust a word they say--they are predators, not mechanics. He never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to communicate that he would not be able to make it or to reschedule. I received a text from him today stating I am someone who apparently has money yet cries over the amount paid for parts. He's also threatening to sue me, which is VERY INTERESTING because he'll have to explain why in his response to my original review he states weather didn't allow him to work outside (we had clear skies in Houston both Saturday and Sunday) however, per his text messages, he couldn't make it to me due to being busy working on other cars. Originally, per his communication to me Saturday 1/17, the job was supposed to be done that Saturday since he received my parts in the mail Friday night, 1/16. I called him twice Saturday morning to discuss logistics but he didn't answer. I sent a text asking him to call me back and he never did. Instead, he sent me text stating he is unsure of the time but that he will be able to come to my home Saturday afternoon to do the job. Later, he text me that he would not be able to make it, but that he could come to my home the following day, 1/18, to do the job. I called him immediately upon receiving this text and again, he did not answer my calls. Sunday morning I reached out to him via text asking when he would come fix my vehicle. He said he would be at my home some time after 2pm. He never came nor did he advise that he would not be able to come. I text him Monday morning, 1/19, asking what happened. A few hours went by and no response. At this point I am no longer receiving any communication. I believed I was not going to hear back so I posted a review stating he's a thief. I finally heard back from him via text within an hour after posting my original review, shocking. He said he's for sure coming this time. Again, shocking. He also asked me to remove my review... considering he still had parts I paid for and that belonged to me in his possession. He delivered my parts to me that Monday evening. I no longer wanted him to perform the job so I immediately asked him to leave. He obviously doesn't understand professionalism nor the value of a man's word. He thinks this is about money. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
