Not knowing anything about where to go I told my insurance to tow to Deer Lakes Autobody. The owner (Mark) was very polite each time I called and finished my car in about 9 days. The car needed some new front panels, tire, light, new suspension, and alignment. I was pleased when I picked up my car. You would never know I had work done. He even washed it and fixed my broken vizor. My insurance wanted to send my car to one of their shops in Butler or Indiana to have the work guaranteed, but Mark said he guarantees his work for as long as I own the car. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I recommend Deer Lakes Autobody.

They rushed the work the second week, and scratched my roof in a few places and told me it was like that. Angie stated they Did the scratch, she saw it somehow in a picture they took?? They fixed it. The one in the middle of the roof was not repaired. I found paint smudge prints and dust on my back door panel, and dust in the interior door panels as well. They Armor All the tires, and had it all over the freshly painted wheel wells! They did a nice job on the rust, but that was it! Absolutely no communication the first week they had my car. I had to call to get a update on Friday... I asked for them to buff my car, $225, they did not even do the whole car, so I feel I should have been reimbursed some, but they did not. So this is why I am giving a 2 star review. For spending $2075 for work they provided, I think they should have treated me and my car more professional than they did!

Donny from Garzonys flat beded my son's Mercedes E350 that had broken a front spring. My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover. Donny assured us he could tow the car with no damage whatsoever. That's exactly what he did. Meticulous and very professionally done. Not a scratch. I actually have AAA, but opted to have Garzonys complete the tow at my cost because my prior experience with their towing service has been very satisfying and my son cherishes this car. Thanks Garzonys for a JOB WELL DONE!

Dropped his car off and they call to say he needs new back brakes and rotors. My son being in college, decided he would put them on with his dad to save some money. When he picked up the car, he asked when he could bring it back to be re-inspected and the guy said he was booked for the next 3 weeks. In other words, because he wasn't making money, he would not re-do the inspection. Charged my son $50 for nothing, didn't even put an emission sticker on. The car is only 2 years old. I prefer going to a mechanic who doesn't want to take advantage of a college kid.

When my girlfriend picked up the car after the repair and drove away she noticed the camera in the mirror didn't work. She went back and asked one of the owners about it and they said "oh yeah, only the dealer can correct that issue, we aren't allowed". He was nothing but rude about it. I called a few days later to further understand why he didn't know up front that they weren't able to complete the job. He acted like they didn't know the mirror needed to be calibrated and basically lied to me that it wasn't known at the time of the estimate. Meanwhile when the vehicle was picked up he acted like they didn't even know. I would not trust them ever again and they don't deserve anyone's business. If i could give them a zero star rating I would but google requires at least 1 star to post comments..
