It's taken me a while to give them a review, but it's definitely a spot I'd recommend. I consider this style to be mall style pizza so fresh, hot, greasy with a light crust! Really that kinda pizza that's truly PIZZA. I'm personally usually a artisan wood fired pizza kinda gal and this isn't that, but I love Joe's! Their ranch is delicious, thin and obviously housemade. Only complaint is that they aren't open longer in the evenings. If you want Joe's, you'll have to come before 7pm. Service is always great and it's clean inside!

Their biggest pizza!! My two boys already started inhaling it before I could grab a slice.

Awesome NY style pizza! HUGE slices and never stingy on any portion sizes with their vast array of pasta, sandwiches, calzones, etc etc. If I had to list a con, it'd be that they're always soooo busy...but that just lets you know how dang good they consistently are!!

Meat stuffed slice, lasagna w/salad, cheese slice, garlic bread & homemade marinara sauce

Amazing customer service. Pizza and pasta was so good and it tasted very traditional, felt like I was in Italy or New York.

This is the best pizza in town. The pizzas are oversized and loaded with toppings. Way cheaper than the national chains.

Outstanding flavor. Chicken Alfredo and Murphy were perfectly cooked. Don't pass up great Italian food here. Service was excellent!

BIG Pizzas. We thought we were getting a snack ordering a large pepperoni. It was huge, cheesy, and wonderful.

It's great food! I highly recommend Joes and have for years! Joes on Buffalo Gap is not related to the one across town.

Was in town for work and a colleague recommended this place. They've got a lot of Italian options, and the chicken piccata was great.

As…read moresoon as I walked in the door I was transported from Abilene TX to a boutique ristorante somewhere in Tuscany. The vibes were immaculate from the stunning decor to the chill music, it was giving Sunday afternoon on a Friday at 10:00 am. Chef Alex let me sample the Lemon Basil Chicken Salad which was truly elevated and delicious. (Best I've ever had, by a landslide) so I had to order it on the crescent. I also had the Italiano Panini which was an explosion of flavor! It paired perfectly with the cold pasta salad which effortlessly balances flavors of harissa, black olive, and sweet cherry tomatoes with just enough hint of spice to awaken the senses and make you crave more. Chef Alex does not miss! Believe it or not, the most amazing thing about this place is not the ambiance or the food. What drew me in and will keep me coming back over and over again is the fact that the owners Chef Alex and his wife April have captured the feeling you get when visiting a small family owned restaurant in Italy. The personal service, charismatic interaction with the chef, and a sense of the passion they bring to every detail of your experience! Especially the food. They are genuine and hard working and deserve all the success in the world!

The food was fantastic and it was very well thought out pairings of flavors. The customer service was not only very happy and helpful, but it was wonderful to listen to their banter in the kitchen as they demonstrated clearly they enjoy their craft. I wish we had found this place sooner and we will definitely be back.

With no dinner reservation, the staff and owner were all friendly, attentive and helpful with making dinner choices. They really were on their A-game! When we arrived, Luigi's had a long table set up for us. Aubrey is our server, and everyone placed their drink order while looking over the menu. When our drinks arrived, we ordered. My wife and I are ordering from their Kids Menu. She is having the "Kids Cheese Lasagna"; The name says it all, Cheese & Lasagna. I am having the "Spaghetti & Meatballs" (or as kids say, Pasketty, with Tomato Sauce. Luigi's also has their Buttery Bread Baskets all around the table for your enjoyment, with bowls of butter to add it you want. These Buttery Rolls are Butterylicious, and don't need any more butter - but you add more anyway because you can. They are fresh, warm, and melt in your mouth. It wasn't long before the food arrived, and the kids' portions were a nice size. Lots of Spaghetti with a couple of Meatballs covered in their sauce. My wife's Cheese Lasagna is a beautiful presentation with a nice amount of cheese atop the saucy lasagna. She said it was delicious, and I agreed because she let me have some. My Pasketty was also very tasty. The Mighty-Meaty-Meatballs were Meatballiciousness - great flavor - and just enough for lunch. The Buttery Bread goes very well with the Cheese Lasagna & Pasketty. I also took a picture of the Pizza that was shared by another couple. We ordered a Pizza last time we were here, and it was Pizzalicious. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, and Aubrey earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award for going 'above-n-beyond' the norm. Luigi's is always a good place to enjoy Italianliciousness in San Angelo. The Staff here helped out Aubrey in keeping everyone's needs filled.
