Well, the pizza was ordered to go and when I got a chance to eat I was satisfied, but not thrilled and it did not pass my leftover pizza for breakfast test. The interior of the establishment could use a bit updating since it is one of few big pizza places in the Abilene area and can draw more kids to their arcade games. This poor place has gone downhill so bad. The food was terrible. Weird tasting cheese on the pizza. Cinnamon rolls that used to be good were way over cooked. The game room was pitiful! The game cards wouldn't work because they were dirty and the games and rides were filthy where you insert the cards. The young man and young lady working the game room made you feel like you were interrupting their date night if you had to ask them for assistance. They were cuddled up in the corner several times. Its supposed to be a pizza restaurant, but unfortunately, there's no food. They put about 4 pizzas out at a time and only 1 pepperoni. Most of the pizza pans are empty because it disappears quickly. After reading all the negative reviews regarding Gatti's Pizza I decided to have my kids birthday party get together at another pizza establishment. In a few months my squadron wanted to have a crazy pizza bash and I was thinking about Mr. Gatti's but reading the reviews have truly made me start looking elsewhere for a party of 150. Sad to see how the quality of Mr. Gatti's have taken a huge step backward in food quality, lack of professionalism and cleanliness. The establishment of the reviews is incredible horrific! We took the kids and went to Gatti's for a fun family night out. The buffet was a tad pricey for the quantity and quality of pizza they had out. The pasta area was filled and plenty of dessert if that's what you was after but our kids wanted PIZZA. After asking several times for additional pizzas our kids were finally full enough. I felt it was due to possibly the cheese but it had to do with the ingredients for certain. I tried different types of pizza but probably ate a total of 1 1/2 slices. How can i go about reviewing this establishment? No adult would voluntarily set foot in here. Which means, if you have come to this place, you were dragged (kicking and screaming) by your (max 10 yo) kid. They specialize in birthday parties (my daughter did celebrate 2 of hers here) and family nights, though every day offers a different type of discount. I would categorize it as a hybrid between a 80s arcade establishment and an all-you-can eat pizza joint. The arcade location is not really as big as you woukd expect it to be. It is a money pit and a parent's nightmare. With overexcited kids constantly begging for "more coins". The pizza is quite uneventful. But, when you are having a birthday party, you are allowed some perks (such as ordering a personalized pizza.. put of their list). I rather enjoy their sweet pizzas, not a huge fan of their salty options. They do offer a sald bar but i never can quite find fresh ibgredients to my liking so i usually skip it all together. read more

My card was double charged. The food was prepared by a guy who was cleaning and handle the food. I had to clean my own table to sit. they wipe food onto the seats and walk away. I talked to the manager who I could barley understand about the double charge, but he stated that he would have to see me bank statement. He said he would not give a refund, I told him its a credit card put it back on the card, need to see my bank statement ..?? We haven't been in a few years so we decided to take the kids. BIG MISTAKE! Got there about 5:30, the place was packed. Went to pay for our buffets, WOW $10.50 FOR A BUFFET AND A DRINK! OUCH!!! Found a table and went to fill my plate. No pizza!!! Waited a few minutes and went back, found a few pizzas. Got 2 slices, some pasta and a salad. No forks to be found anywhere. I went back to the cashier and asked if I could get a fork, she told me to go ask the kitchen staff. Went back to the buffet, finally found an employee and asked for a fork. He pointed to the empty flatware holder and said they are over there. No they aren't, it's empty! He went to the back and brought out some forks. Sat down and ate my food. It was decent enough. Booked a party and had to pay for 25 children even though we only had 12 (including our birthday child) show up. If I under book then I get stuck in a tiny room. The excuse I got was that they have a new online system and it was listed when I booked that payment would be due for all the reserved seats at the time of the party. Parents likely understand that you do not know how many children are going to show up. To make up for it they gave me 25 children worth of tokens, but there was no way too make up for all the buffets I had to cover, especially since I'm on a limited income and the holidays are coming. We got it for take out and went through the drive through on Tuesday 12-4-18 and we ordered 2 pizzas and one cheese stick and an big order of ranch. There was another car in front of us and i bet they are the ones that got my supreme! My pregnant daughter was dropped off at her house with a sausage pizza and the time i got home was 30 min later around 8. I opened my box and saw canadian bacon (cant stand that type) not my supreme! She came back out with a card for a free pizza and i thought ok they are making my pizza and she said this is for the next time. I said i want all of my money back and get a manager out here and she goes oh no they won't come out to the car. Very disappointing experience, took my grandbaby to this place and was charges for extra kid. Pay attention to your receipt here they will toss in extra charges. Pizza was room temp, place is ran by a bunch of high school kids which isn't necessary a bad thing until you notice there isn't a manager in sight. Noticed while waiting in line for 10+ minutes for the young lady to stop taking call in orders and actually tend to the people she has in line there were 4 workers doing nothing as this poor girl was taking on phone calls and a disgruntled line. There's never any fresh pizza on the buffet. THe last few times we've gone, it's just been for the salad bar and to play some games. It's a huge place if you have a large group or want to have a birthday party. We always like to hang out in the movie room, it keeps the kids entertained. I believe they have a sports room as well so you can watch sports. If you ever pull into the parking lot and there's a school bus, TURN AROUND. You will not get ANY fresh pizza and small children will just run into you without paying any kind of attention. As far as the game room, it is a little pricey to play games and enjoy it. You can go to another family friendly place in town and play the same game for just one token. Not very many good prizes to choose from and the young teenagers behind the counter are pushy for your kids to pick a toy and move on. This place has really gone down hill in the last ten years. Gets 2 stars because at least I rarely go home hungry and the desserts aren't bad. The cardboard circles are slow to come out, the "salad bar" is usually a mess of dressings that seem to be applied to the plates from across the room, and the soda machines are always either broken down(slushees) or a mess that competes with the salad bar. Once you find a table, you have a choice of sitting in the center dining area, which you can't get a kid to agree to, or you can pick one of the television rooms. The cartoon room plays mostly the Cartoon Network or Disney, so you can't really blame the establishment for the horrible content, but the screen/projector combinations are in bad shape for both rooms. The good news is they apply what can only be the same resin that baseball players use to the tables so your plates doesn't go sliding off. Unfortunately, it also peels off layers of skin and rips the napkins, i.e. the tables are always sticky. Sorry, but you are eventually going to have to use the restroom. These are regularly cleaned once a month, cross your fingers that they put in paper towels. Sometimes they'll even clean off the counter so you don't get your shirt wet when you try to wash your hands. The game room is ridiculous. Loud, broken down, smelly, etc. The prizes are brought in from only the highest quality dollar stores. We adults did look forward to coming here once upon a time. That was many moons ago. read more

I go here because I have kids. Ok.....now that THAT is out of the way, on to my review. The pizza, you would think, would be good.....after all, PIZZA is part of their name....but no. It's dry, tough to bite and chew and tastes like one of those 99 cent frozen pizzas you buy at the grocery store. They have a pizza bar full of empty. Maybe 2 or 3 pizzas to choose from. What kind of buffet is that? However, you CAN have a pizza ordered to your specifications. And the salad and pasta portion of the bar is stocked, but isn't good. I tried this pasta thing last time we were here and burped up garlic the rest of the day. They did something bad to their cookies too. They used to be gooey chewy and good....now they are hard, stale and taste like old box shavings. Now....As for the "movie" room......they have 3 separate screens to watch in there, a big movie screen and 2 small tv's...but you can only hear what is playing on the big movie screen. This wouldn't be a problem except for what is playing on the big screen usually sucks. They don't play movies anymore, they have it set to a kids TV channel, and that channel rarely plays a cartoon. It's those annoying teenie-bopper tween-type shows. Spongebob is usually on one of the little tv's and I'd rather have that on the big screen than those other shows. But really, they need to get that hole fixed on that screen too. It's had a rip in it for years. With what we spend in tokens alone, surely they make enough money to buy a new one. Speaking of tokens....lets move to the game room now. It's confusing when every game requires a different amount of tokens to play. And they want 12 tokens for the bouncy house!!!!! Really??? 3.00 to bounce down a slide a couple of times? My son bounces a bit and then wants to go play games and then wants to go BACK to the bouncy house again. I have to tell him no because it would be another 12 tokens to go back in there, because he left. Maybe an arm band for the bouncy house would be cool. So I could pay once and he could go in and out as much as he wanted. I wouldn't mind paying more than 3.00 if he could go back and forth. And they really need a better prize selection. My daughter went with her grandpa the other day and came home with this TINY pink shoe on a keychain...it's about as big as 2 of my fingers are wide. ITTY BITTY thing....and it cost her 100 tickets. Took the grandkids to Gatti's Pizza this afternoon. There was pizza out but it was cold and tough and tasteless. My real concern was the salad bar. Many of the serving bowls were empty. There was food all over the counter around the bowls of food. There were flies on the salad bar food. The bowls with salad dressing were cross contaminated with dressings from the different serving bowls. The dining room we went into had dirty dishes and food all over them and there were flies in there too. There did not seem to be any employees in this place except at the register were they take your money. Don't waste your money on this place. read more

Awesome kids pizza place. Lots of games and the pizza is good it isn't the best but for the price it is great. They will also make any pizza you want you just have to ask. When it isn't busy they do limit how many pizzas the put out at once so they don't waste them but if you ask they will still make a pizza for you. This is an awesome kids pizzeria. read more

This place has by far the worst pizza, I have ever tasted. Games are expensive to play and a few look as though they should be shut down.
