Very kind and friendly ladies :) even when they saw I had my 6 month old with me they offered to let me fill out paperwork later via their online option. It's not easy taking a baby to appointments like this but that consideration made it a lot easier. We were called back shortly after arriving and I was allowed to go back with my son while he had his photos and X-rays taken. Meeting Dr. Britto was fantastic. He actually did my partners braces. He had great bedside manner and really took his time to go over everything with us. One thing I really appreciated was that he took the time to mention that my son's baby teeth were taking a bit longer to come in which could change how we approached treatment. Overall the office was very clean, everyone we interacted with was great, and we have chosen this as the office we want my son to have his treatment at.
