Despite that, I showed up only to be told by a very unfriendly receptionist that because I didn't 'confirm' (for an appointment I had just moved 48 hours ago), they gave my spot away. Sending a message that you're canceling my appointment while I'm already driving there is unprofessional. If your app says the appointment is set and cannot be changed without a call, you shouldn't be 'releasing' it behind the patient's back. Incredibly frustrating experience.

The roof of the partial was metal and it changed the way I tasted food. I went into his office to talk to him about it and he was listening to me up until I brought up money. As soon as I brought up the payment, he told me to leave and that he refused to see me. If i was with any other dentist they would have tried to solve it. He doesn't care if you are satisfied with it or not he just cares about the money he is getting out of it. He is not a dentist he is a business person. He just cares about his money and he also charges double than any other place. He said he would make me my implant for $12,000. I recently have been to a few other dentists and they have all told me it would be $6,000. The told me as a dentist, they have never made the roof of the partial metal and that it has always been plastic. As my recommendation he is not a good dentist. He's a money lover and he doesn't have a heart.
