Joe and his team (especially Nicole and Kristin) are superb, honest, smart and hard-working! For anyone looking to buy or refinance stop looking. Joe is the mortgage professional you have been looking for. You can go to a big bank name for a loan but I guarantee Joe can do things and get rates were these big name banks cannot compete. I believe Joe works really hard for all his clients, we weren't just another number/sale. He truly cares about getting you into the right loan and setting you up for success. I stress! If you are serious about buying or refinancing a house stop looking and email or call Joe Polizzi with RPM Mortgage. Thank you Joe and his amazing team, I will definitely do many more deals with you in the future. read more

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Joe, Nicloe and Kristin for their due diligence to secure my loan and at the lowest possible rate. I've purchased many homes in several states and must admit that I've never received the caliber of commitment, professionalism, swiftness that I was provided. Most enjoyable! If you're in the market to purchase a home whether it be new or a few years old, you'd be foolish to go anywhere else to aquire a loan. Again, a really big THANKS to Joe and his team! read more

Joe and his team (specifically Monique) saved us when our other lender couldn't close on time. The selling agent almost canceled us, but Joe spoke with her personally, and was able to smooth things over and close very quickly. If it weren't for Joe, we would not have our home. We are so happy with their services and communication. 10/10 would recommend Joe to anyone! Thank you so much!! read more

Working with Greg, Monique, and team has been a pleasure. As a first time home buyer, I have had experiences with other loan teams that made me nervous and distrustful. Greg and my agent restored my trust by being transparent, communicative, and incredibly helpful. I will recommend them to friends and family buying/refinancing homes. I'm excited to get my keys tomorrow and grateful to them for helping make this happen. read more

Joe Polizzi - LendUS - Mortgage Brokers Near Me - Alamo, California

My partner Matt & I are small business owners who were turned down by other companies. We were referred to Joe Polizzi by our good friend Greg as first time homeowners in Venice, Ca. Joe & Nicole were amazing to work with. We were ready to give up on home ownership and now I write this review from OUR very own kitchen. read more

Joe and his team are a force to be reckoned with. I have used them for my main residence and rental properties for 4 years now and these guys just never stop giving the customer service I wish everyone would give. Who has time to chase agents and ask what's still needed to get a loan through ? With them there is an phone app you can check your status and see where it's at in the process and what's still needed for your paperwork. I can't stress enough just how great these guys are with understanding the process, putting the right people on your loan needs and also following up with status reports and goals that are achieved along the way. Give them a chance and you will see the same great experience I have time and time again. read more

Joe and his team were very quick, easy to get a hold of, and up front about everything involved with my refinance on my first home. I told them I wanted to take advantage of the low rates and had questions about my other debts and they walked me through it and secured a great new loan for me. I'm saving a lot of money thanks to Joe and RPM Mortgage and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to refi. read more

Finding someone you can trust with your personal information, refinance and purchase of a new home can be daunting. We did all that at once, during the pandemic, and had the best experience possible. I had been putting the refinance off and finally pulled the trigger with Joe, he was highly recommended by my business partner. 100% satisfied with the process, the rates, and his team. Both refinance and purchase closed on or before the planned date. Never imagined I would get this all accomplished with my busy work schedule, but Joe and his team made it happen. From here on out I will only work with Joe and recommend you send him a text if you are interested in a refi or home transaction. I rarely write reviews but this one was important to share. read more

This is my second re finance with Joe and his team. I have nothing but great words for them! They have made the re finance process a breeze for me. I work an extremely busy schedule and it is hard to connect with people during normal business hours. With Joe and his team I was able to get answers almost immediately via email, text, or by phone which is HUGE to me. Joe has no problem explaining things during the process and works hard to provide nothing but excellent customer service to his clients - big or small! Thank you for making things so easy for me and helping me find the best rate / mortgage. read more

We would not have our new house here in Lafayette without Joe Polizzi! He closed in 14 days which gave us the advantage we needed. Joe's team was also very understanding when we asked many basic questions along the way. This gave us the confidence we needed. Their rates were below the competition, so we have utmost confidence that we didn't miss out by going with another lender. Would definitely use them again! read more

2nd time using Joe and RPM and 2nd incomparable experience. Last year that got me a jumbo loan for a home purchase when I was having trouble with a big bank--a bank I've been using for 20 years and had a great mortgage history with. Joe got me approved in just 5 days! This time he promised me a no cost refinance and he delivered. It really WAS no cost, and no hidden fees, either. Unlike the big bank, he is always in communication with me, and RPM uses phone, text, or email--whatever you prefer. If the underwriter needs something else or has a problem with what you've turned in, they explain it immediately. So easy to work with! read more

Joe Polizzi got us our home! After getting the run around from another broker who kept promising to close the loan but didn't after 45 days. We turned to another broker with low expectations but high hopes. Joe Polizzi got us a very specific list of needed items. I'm self-employed & considerable items were needed. He knew what they were & understood the small businessman's situation which is very different than just handling W-2's for a loan. He got the deal done in 16 days from start to finish. The GFE (estimate) was close to the final total for costs. Thanks Joe! You did a fabulous job. I'd recommend him highly to family and friends. read more

Joe Polizzzi and his team are awesome. I'm so grateful for the refi I just got . Everything went very smoothly. It was easy to apply, easy to upload documents into the safe and private platform, and easy to docusign paperwork. I looked up the average time for a refi to go through, and it took LendUS half the time. The Notary we signed with said ours was the lowest interest rate she had seen. I am so happy that I am getting my daughter to do a refi with them. read more

Joe and his team at RPM Mortgage were absolutely spectacular every step of the way through the mortgage process. Not only are they polite, professional and knowledgeable, they are honest and legitimately care about you and what they can do for you. When you have people that give you thousands of dollars in credits when they could absorb them as a profit to themselves, it shows the integrity and honesty not only of company, but also of the people that work for that company. So thanks, not only to Joe but his entire team. I appreciate everything you did for us. read more

My daughter recommended Joe so I called to inquire about refinancing our home. He never returned my call. I also tried calling his assistant Nicole, and she never returned my call. Apparently they have so much business that they can afford to turn away potential customers. read more

I worked with Joe for several years on approximately 8 or 9 transactions over the years and service was great and him and his team always delivered well until last year. I was trying to do a straight forward refinance of my personal residence and Joe said wouldn't be a problem. His team of Nicole and Kristin were great as always and just said to wait a two weeks as the underwriters were backed up with files. Since it was a refi I didn't mind so I waited and waited but after three weeks sent an email to the team and they responded saying still a backlog but will contact you soon. So not to be annoying I didn't email for a while (a month went by) so I sent another email this time Joe responds and says we thought you left us but we will get right into this. Well Joe then says he is working with another great team and refers me to another gentlemen which is where the nightmare begins. The other team member explains he needs all the items again and complete a new appraisal etc. Frustrated but I go along with the process and then a week later I am told by email I no longer qualify for the refinance, first reason is that I have more than 4 mortgages but then after I explain that has always been the case he states my DTI is too high and can I come up with $3800 more a month in income. I go to Joe directly cause I was really upset at this point and Joe says he will look into the file right away and subsequently I followed up multiple times and Joe said he is trying....So I left it alone thinking Joe is trying to be nice and probably can't get it done due to my DTI. A few months later a new team member Greg this time reaches out to me about refinancing and I state I am interested and he says Joe will call me tomorrow at this time. Never heard from Joe or Greg again. But the call got me curious and after speaking with several other brokers they were all baffled why my refinance didn't get done and said it was straight forward. I decided to start the process with one and was as very simple transaction completed in 30 days. I wish Joe and his team the best but it was a very bad ending for me and I still to this day don't know exactly what happened. read more
