The first time I came to this dealership I came specifically because of positive reviews of salesmen Glenn Colton. I was not disappointed, I can assure you Glenn will surpass your expectations. That day I was shopping for my girlfriend. We were able to leave the same day with a Jeep Cherokee. (same day delivery on the Wrangler as well) . I came back to buy my personal vehicle because of how flawless the first experience was. Sales Manager Alyssa Witkowski is also very passionate about her position and was able to work with me through the financial portion of the deal and was a pleasure to sit with. Overall The experience at Transitowne West Seneca will be better than other dealerships in our area. I know from experience as I have purchased 5 cars in the last decade and my two most pleasant purchases have been through this dealership. Some extra advice: 1. Do not use just one website for reviews certain sites people only post to when an odd ball situation occurs and they need some where to vent (we all do it). 2. Come prepared- No matter what dealership you go to prepare the best you can to know what others have paid and/or what rebates you qualify for. Know your credit score and debt to income ratio. Be weary of dealership pre-configured finance calculators they will often fill in a down payment to make the payment appear cheaper. Use your own finance calculator that will calculate tax and interest rate.

My 21-year-old sister had her car towed there because it wouldn't shut off and was stuck in park. After sitting there for a WEEK, they told her it needed a battery... and charged her $550. Problem is--that wasn't the issue. When they were questioned about it, the dealer hung up on my dad twice. They then said it needed more diagnostics (more $$$) and wouldn't release the car unless she paid. No return call from management either. We had it towed to another mechanic... and within ONE MINUTE they found the real problem: A bottle cap stuck in the transmission. Fixed immediately. No charge. There are honest mechanics out there--but this was not one of them. Just a heads up so no one else gets burned.

I didn't hear anything - or receive a return call for three days. After having my partner stop in and ask what was going on, we were told they had found that they needed my second key fob to "finish their diagnostics". They apparently knew this for 2 or 3 days, but no one ever called to tell me. This was on a Saturday. So, if we hadn't stopped in it would have been Monday until we heard anything - if then. When we arrived there, the gate was open and my car was sitting unlocked. Anyone could have gone in and taken or destroyed anything they wanted - seeing as no one questioned us when we drove right into the gate and up to the car. Upon entering the dealership, the first thing I was told was that no one knew what was going on. They called someone and I was told I needed a new key fob. (almost $400) Then they said I needed to replace the relay (for the antitheft system) They said that's why I needed a new key. Not true. They Could have replaced the relay ($119) and reprogramed the current keys to communicate with it. I was told this (after the fact) by 3 other mechanics and looked it up online as well. I called every single day from the second day the car was there, but no one ever returned any calls. So, what could I do? They had my car and, so far, a bill for $200 so - Once I gave the ok to order the (unnecessary) key and install the relay, I didn't hear anything for 2 more days. Even though I was told I'd get a call "later that day". When I Did finally get hold of someone, 2 days later, she told me the car had been done the day I was waiting for the return call. By now it was later on a Saturday, So I had to wait until Monday to get my car. It's not running as smoothly as it used to (seems to want to die every time I slow down) But I no longer trust DeLacy Ford. I feel they charged me for a key I didn't need. I also feel their lack of communication, poor service and (to put it kindly) less than completely truthful behavior calls the trustworthiness of this dealership in serious doubt. After excellent service here for my last two cars, I will be going back to the same salesman at Joe Basil for my next car too.

Willing to be patience and reasonable in my selection based on my credit and income. I was transparent about my income and requested approval be verified first before I even began looking for a vehicle. I was told I was approved after filling out the application and that included the verification of income, I was provided a 2022 ford escape and put a down payment down when I was asked to by Scott. Drove off into the sunset. Never once was told there could be issues with the lender nearly a month after I purchased the vehicle. I was told abruptly with no warning my income wasn't completely verifiable? I sent atleast 15 different documents of financial statements and a detailed employment summary from my boss and suddenly, now I'm not allowed to keep my vehicle unless I give them an additional $3,000. I opted to get into a cheaper vehicle and was told I still needed $3,000 more? Seems like a complete scam. I LOST $1,500 in insurance costs because I had the vehicle insured beyond the refund policy. Galaxyauto took no responsibility for that. I am the provider in my household and now I am likely out of both of my jobs due to galaxyautos inability to be transparent and communicate effectively about the buying process and what the risks were or that my income may not have been acceptable for whatever scammy reason. This company is taking advantage of every person that walks through those doors unless they have half the total cost of the vehicle down as payment or an 839 credit score, so their job is easier. Do not waste your time being played by this shady company.
