Best service I've had in years. Very honest people! I bought two vehicles from them. And they do all our services. Highly recommend!

My very young (30 yr old) friend was suddenly carless when a driver ran a red light and clobbered…read morehis 2004 Chrysler 300. He turned to me because I know a lot about cars and he trusts my opinion. A few months ago, used cars were in short supply. Now, there is plenty of inventory. My friend did not want to purchase from an individual owner because he worried that if something went wrong with the car right away, he would have no recourse. I thought that was smart of him. My friend spent hours searching the internet for a car. He lives in Lockport and works in Tonawanda, and wanted a Subaru or other 4wd car to make things safe for his commute. Another smart choice on his part. We went to two Lockport car dealers and test drove 4 cars there. Then I drove him to TwinTon. My friend had found a Subaru and a Toyota, both 5-speed cars, which he wanted. We were greeted by one of the two brothers who have taken over this very long-standing dealership. Chris was our sales person. He let my friend test drive both cars he was interested in. Both were excellent, but the Subaru was the winner. It had brand new struts, rode like a dream, and had lots of power. The asking price was very close to the Kelly Blue Book value, which seemed reasonable. There was some heavy wear and tear on the driver's seat, for which we asked for a little better deal. Chris agreed. Chris made sure the car was clean and had a missing fender liner installed as we waited. They took care of registering and inspection right there on the spot. No financing was involved. The entire transaction went smoothly. There's a 30-day 1,000 mile warranty. It's been almost a month, and so far no major glitches. My friend absolutely loves his new car. I don't think we could have asked for a smoother, nicer transaction. BTW, the dealership is now run by two very nice brothers and their mom. Their grandfather was there, too. This is the opposite of a fly-by-night operation. This family has been in business now for generations!

This review is only for the service department…read more So I'll give this place 4.5 stars, here's why: First of, it's the dealership. Rumor has it, you're overpaying for work that you can get cheaper elsewhere. However, I don't trust "those other places". This place tells you what you need to hear: good, bad or ugly...but at the end of the day, it's the truth. Choose to do what you want with that info, but it's your choice. I went in for a standard oil change, and tire rotation. I bought a package of three oil changes and tire rotation because there's a discount (of some sort) if you buy it as a package. The good news is they keep track of the packages and can tell you how many you've used or have left (bc to be honest, who has time to keep up with such list of to-do's, right?)...And so this goes back to my first statement, they're trustworthy. I had no problems at all. They did an oil change, tire rotation and an induction cleaning of my engine in under 2 hours. Overall, I'm very happy. I have no complaints and yes, I would recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy place to take your car for service.

Told me I needed to replace the electric fans. Motors seized. Recommended aftermarket Fans. Then it was wiring harness for fans, then TPM. After I received the car back my turn signals were not operating properly. Flashing erratically. Was told it is probably my bulbs. Checked bulbs. None are out. Took it back. Replaced TPM again. Still malfunctioning turn signals. Was told " I wouldn't worry, they work good enough". Until I can't pass inspection in my state. I never had issues with my turn signals until Northtown Dodge repaired my vehicle.

It was as in good of a shape as a car from California, as I am always worried about rust due to it being from NY. Looks like previous owner was taking his Corvette out only on sunny, dry days. My wife told me that she liked showroom and my daughter was happy with taking 5 packs of sugar from the coffee station. I know who will not be sleeping on her way back to Indy :)))

In fact, at the time of my purchase, their live online inventory systematically labeled vehicles as Certified Pre-Owned to induce sales. After an overall disappointing sales experience, I reviewed my finalized contract and discovered my vehicle is not Certified Pre-Owned, costing me thousands in lost protection terms. When confronted with this discrepancy, Certified AutoBrokers scrubbed the "Certified Pre-Owned" designation from their entire active online inventory to cover their tracks. Furthermore, their Sales Team explicitly stated during negotiations that CarChief vehicle tracking was included with all their vehicles, then packed a hidden $495 cost for this product into my car loan without my knowledge or consent. And, while they buried my care's history as a previous commercial rental inside a separate report, they failed to provide the mandatory written disclosure directly on my principal sales contract as strictly required by New York State law. The poop cherry on top of the garbage sundae of this car-buying experience is that my car was delivered with an open-year-old manufacturer service defect, which triggered my check engine light twice within weeks of driving it off the lot. When I demanded they correct these issues, Certified AutoBrokers' General Manager, Austin Hazen, refused to cover a manufacturer inspection and told me to take legal action. So, I am currently pursuing a formal action for fraud, contract packing, and a violation of NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law § 417-a (for failing to disclose prior commercial rental history). I will never be back! And I advise you to shop elsewhere. However, if you choose to buy a vehicle from Certified AutoBrokers, read every line of your contract twice before signing anything.
