When we arrived on a Saturday, it was already bustling everywhere. We found out the women's boots were just to the right as soon as you walked in. I showed the salesman (did not catch his name, black cowboy hat) what I saw online, and he took me directly to it. I asked for "wide width". He said he did not offer that in the store. My usual size did not work. He was not much help. My Fiancee helped take off and put on boots. Tried a couple more, now one size up. Fit better, but still a little tight around the mid foot. But, found a pair that would go with my dress. The salesman just kind of stood in background. But, when we got the men's department, we had GREAT help from Chris! My Fiancee did not want square or pointed toe, was looking for rounded toe. He directed him to the JRC boots. He too had to go up a size to fit. But, Chris was very helpful in getting out several different styles for him. We asked for protection for the boots, and he said that was sold up front. There was a long line to check out. But, the two ladies checking us out were super friendly and nice. I asked for the protection for the boots, and she came around and showed me where it was, as only had a couple left. What a great first experience! Will be back for other things!

Stopped in here and selection seemed limited from what I am used to seeing. But really the kicker was that no one spoke to me the entire time I looked around. Prices are higher than I like but quality is amazing and there are usually some great sales. I am sure I'll be back but maybe not to this location.

I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.

I never leave bad reviews, but my experience here yesterday was a nightmare. The staff at this…read morelocation are usually high school kids, and the customer service usually isn't the best, but yesterday was a completely new level of bad. I ordered some jeans online for in store pickup. When I got there to pick them up I couldn't get help from any of the employees. Finally I waved a young guy down at the dressing room, but the young kid walked up to me, said hold on and pulled out his phone and started scrolling on his phone. I finally said " Excuse me I just need to pick up an order. He goes " Oh..." and just stood there continuing to scroll a bit longer before finally walking back to get my order. When he finally brought it back a few minutes later I told him I did need to try them on before I left, and asked for a dressing room. He said ok you're gonna have to wait. Mind you there was a cluster of people in line behind me waiting. I told him there was an empty dressing room right behind him, to which he just moved out of the way and stood there, before another girl finally walked up and opened the door for me before she rolled her eyes and walked away. I tried the jeans on, but sizing was way off. When I tried them on they fit like they were 2 sizes too big. The was the beginning of the teenage staff being beyond rude. While still in the dressing room I asked the same girl that let me in the dressing room if they had the jeans in stock in a smaller size. She asked zero questions, disappeared for a minute, came back and asked which ones they were again. Then stood there and stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I asked if she wanted to see the picture, and she said "sure" then proceeded to look it up on a tablet type thing. She didn't ask what size I needed and walked off again. Came back literally 10 seconds later and said " we don't have them..also you can't switch them out today you will have to come back tomorrow or something during another shift." When I asked why I needed to come all the way back another day she said " because we need 24 hours before we can switch them out for you they don't even show them in our system." Rolled her eyes again and walked away. Not sure how she looked them up in my size without asking for my size. I then proceeded to find them myself in my size. When I got to the front counter a different girl proceeded to check me out. I cannot explain how many times she just stared at me blankly after asking me a question and getting an answer or being asked a question. At one point I asked her about the 24 hour thing and she just stared at me for a very uncomfortably long time before shrugging her shoulders and saying idk but I can switch them. My encounter at this store was not only uncomfortable, and awkward but whoever is hiring the employees needs to reconsider the age requirement in which they are seeking out their employees. These kids obviously don't want to work, have no respect for anyone, and don't know how to provide customer service. The Gen Z stare I received from 2 employees yesterday was so uncomfortable I thought about asking both of them if they were ok. Definitely don't recommend this store until they get new employees, not to mention the store is always a mess in the front. Not sure what any of the employees actually do.
