I should note they typically wear the clothes too, so you can see how they look. As to the company, I can say the quality of the clothing is good. They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.

She greeted me when I walked in, offered to help if I needed it which I thanked her for. She went out of her way after seeing I had about 5 pairs of jeans in my arms and offered to start a dressing room for me. (They had a GREAT sale) Which nobody has ever once asked me that when I've been shopping at any of the express stores I've been to, and express are in my top 3 for jeans. After I was finished browsing, I used the dressing room and asked her to hold the ones I would be purchasing while I used the restroom next door which she kindly did. Great service, great personality, great smile. Thank you Hailey/Hayley for making my experience at Express a great one, and my last minute shopping a lot less hectic for me. P.S. When there isn't a sale, it's a little too expensive, but then it's in the mall so that's what you expect. We actually went into probably half the stores in the entire mall over the course of a few hours one lovely afternoon, and we like the mall a lot, and I'd say this store is about average as far as the mall goes.

Service is excellent, I've been approached on every visit by a Rep asking if I need assistance, and check out is smooth as a baby's behind. They also accept returns with no questions asked. The store breaks that mold. I was able to call this store and immediately ascertain if they had suitable product in my size for an event. Not only did they have the product they offered to reserve it until end of day when I could return to the area. Upon my visit, the manager, Firouze, immediately went to the task of helping me select sizes and product. She was patient as I tried adjacent sizes on multiple times to be sure the fit was perfect. She managed to keep focus on me while serving other customers that came and went. While it took me well over 30 minutes, I was able to leave knowing what I had was the right thing for me and wouldn't need any alterations. That's a big bonus at this store. They have prehemmed pants in common lengths. As a bonus there was a hero's discount that I qualified for which gave me 15% off the total purchase. Anything helps at this time of year and that was a great way to stretch the budget. I also needed a pair of dress shoes and they happen to have the perfect ones on display in my size. I was able to use a coupon I had just received with my suit purchase to effectively take 2/3 off the price of that purchase. All in all I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience I received here. I was actually dreading the thought of having to go to Men's Wearhouse and get taken for a ride on mismatching coordinates as has happened once before in an emergency purchase.
